Few weeks passed, and the school was nice enough to write letters, well—they were forced to write letters to Owen. He was feeling better—yes—so he was in a good condition to go back to school.
To make things much better, a prom night that was prepared many weeks ago, was happening tomorrow, which Owen was good on time for.
Although, Avie was still an outcast, in fact, worse. And this prom night would've been an intimidation to her.
Owen woke up with good hope of finding someone to go with him. He has been crushing not on Avie, but a popular girl with brown hair and a dramatic attitude named Hana.
She was in a drama group, which was different from Owen's traumatic drama. But, he believed it could have a match between them.
A very soft hum was around Avie, which seemed to vibrate her body very softly. She never counted it as comfortable but she continued to keep her eyes closed and keep sleeping.
But then, something got a hold on her chin, a sharp metal hand that got a hold on her chin. That was confining enough. She immediately opened her eyes and saw a man with a hood and a black turtleneck shirt—the man, which she didn't know, from the castle.
"Hello, Astra. I just wanted to talk with you, that's all," he said with his leaned voice. Apparently, the metal hand seemed to be a certain glove.
Avie looked around, which wasn't her bedroom anymore. It was more like a forest, probably a forest, with wild trees and a blue bright sky. She saw herself, with a blue glowing dress and a blue bright sword in her scabber.
"See this wonderful forest?" the man asked. Avie—if it was even her anymore—nodded. "In this place, is a war of dismay, between balance and chaos."
Avie turned back to the man, whose smile began to sly. "I've wondered for years, which will rule? And if I'm not wrong, I think this world had its try."
Avie stayed silent.
"We need some place that has a certain power to gain and to settle," the man began to say as he walked around Avie. "We all want universal peace, but that can't happen with warriors."
"Warriors?"
"Yes, your kind of warriors. They stop the world from uniting together, assembling, love, and kindness. And I want you to listen closely."
Avie nodded.
"With the power of all things, I'll make a new era of peace that this earth doesn't deserve."
Avie began to react with a worried tension. "You want to make darkness?"
The man chuckled.
"Not exactly, I'm saying I'm making a new peace. But I must eliminate you and the other future warriors that will cause havoc to the growth of rebirth."
As quick as a snake bite he swung a sword. As it seemed to be the end, Avie quickly reflexed and somersaulted backwards.
She got out her sword as she stood in a stance, ready for battle.
"It's always something about your reflexes. It's never helpful enough."
*Clang*
Both swords clashed together making a wave that changed the sky, from sunny to rainy.
The trees began to olden and the ground became soggy, although the grass seemed to stay.
They both swung their swords as they blocked each other's hits.
*Clash*
*Whoosh*
Avie rolled backwards as the man's sword targeted onto the floor. They both exchanged clashes—but the man gave more of a hit leaving Avie flying, colliding with the rocks.
Blood ramaged out her head and she groaned silently as she weakly got up.
*Wak-ta*
Unable to give a hit, the man attacked to keep her on the ground.
Avie tried again, more delicately as she took much slower steps to get up.
She swung her blue sword, shooting a blaze of lighting. The man managed to dodge the bolt, shooting small darts at her.
Avie rolled, jumped and slid, as she sent a wave of air with a strong twirl, which happened to make him flying.
*Whoosh*
*Puff*
He coughed as he crashed into the ground which was given a little bruise, but easily got up.
They both charged into each other with strong determination. They started to strangle with each other's swords, leaning over each other with each fight.
*Boff*
The man managed to break the bonding between them which left Avie wobbling a bit.
"Who are you?" Avie asked as she stared deeply at him. "The name's Teron, general of the Hiztaks."
Avie sighed.
Their swords began to dance with each other, as they avoided hits from another. "We must not allow more deaths among us."
"You better shush up!" Avie shouted.
She got inner blades inside her fingers and swung them. In reaction, Teron ducked under and lunged towards her.
*Whoosh*
Acceleration rose as they crashed in through a tree. The tree flew into pieces and more trees began to capsize.
*Boom*
A massive area of dust flew and disappeared into the rainy sky.
Both enemies were soaked in rain drops and blood, which fell much faster than before.
Avie felt blood sliding from her mouth and weakly got up.
"You're just gonna cause pain to the world. Peace and darkness never bind."
"Whoever said I wanted them to bind."
Avie was shocked and more furious and kicked him off. He rolled and fell onto the floor, but recovered by rolling himself up and getting in the lean stance.
"You must understand the problems in this world!" he shouted.
"No! This is not what we need!" she shouted. Teron growled. "Astra, we may be related. But I will do anything in my power to stop you."
He rolled over and dislocated her knee.
"Ahh!!!"
Teron dusted himself as his hood closed onto his unseeable eyes.
"It's quite funny I believe. You want to keep a world that is so spoiled, for your own safety. Well, that's not gonna happen you f—"
*Whoop*
He flipped over, from a leg trip from Avie.
He smashed his head onto the floor as he cried in pain. But then, she closed her eyes and waved her hands around herself.
Fire began to whirl around as she rummaged her hands.
It zoomed towards him at great speed.
Then, as her eyes began to open, it glowed brightly. Soon, she vroomed towards him.
It seemed like a win for her, but with many things of this world—not everything comes to expectation.
*Zat*
Lighting struck through her heart as she coughed.
She flew in a very fast velocity until she smashed into the ground.
Blood spurt out of her mouth as she went on her knees. It became a river as she choked on her blood as all she could see was Teron smiling as he said.
"Nevertheless it may be."

The Dark Hills of Bana
"Most evil comes from revenge, while peace reigns through avengeness."
Drecosis sighed as he scratched his trolled head as the old sage looked towards him.
"You look tired. Probably your energy is getting weak from being locked in defeat."
"No, I'm not."
The old sage sighed and got up from his seat.
"Kneel," he said. Drecosis looked at him and scoffed.
"Kneel for what?"
"Kneel."
The soft voice grabbed him to kneel, as if he was controlled.
"We all are very stubborn indeed, no? You want a certain bonding, and you need someone with the same wish. You'll be stronger, much more powerful when the time comes. It's all very complicated but as you continue to focus, you will not cease to decrease."
Drecosis raised his bushy eyebrows in a way which seemed as a wonderful delight.
"Does anyone have the same wish?" he asked. The old sage smiled as if that was a certain joke. "That you must find within your energy. Now sit with me."
Drecosis gladly did so, as he crossed his legs and spread his hands.
"Touch the floor."
They both touched the rocky floor, leaving dust on their hands.
"Now, touch your face."
They both touched their faces, which had a rocky and dusty feeling on their cheeks.
The old sage dusted his hands abruptly. "This is a rocky floor, solid and stable. But with a big wave, the ground breaks. You must suck in the air that you have and focus."
Soon the floor began to mingle and melt. "Any enemy that may remain in your grasp, can be turned into a living ounce of mush."
"Nice," Drecosis sighed as his voice began to softly growl.
Avie woke up, drenched with sweat as she around her. She was still in her gray room, and is still in her pajamas. "Teron? Astra? Who am I?" she asked. Abruptly, a woman in white garments with a hood sat by Avie.
"You're still Avie."
Avie looked at her, but it landed with a scream. The woman touched her face and it was very soothing, like soft cream.
"Who are you? How did I get in here? Wait you're that woman in my dream….yes, uhmm..what's the name again—"
The woman sighed.
"Stop stressing your mind, young one. You need to rest?"
"Huh!?" Avie exclaimed.
"You're still very weak for the journey ahead, you need rest for now and recover strength."
"I don't understand, you are who again? Why are you giving me others like you own me or something," Avie said with an annoyed tone.
"Well, you have no idea who I am. One advice, anger when not controlled can be a very good opening for your disadvantage."
The woman softly said, "Avie—"
"How in the world did you know know my name and—why was I fighting with—I don't know, it looked like I was fighting alongside you or like I was you—ok I don't really understand but—"
She smiled. "You were me, a day when Teron defeated me, that's how I even came to you. You hold a great power, young lady, one that would end this impending war."
"So much for a girl who has dyslexia." Avie chuckled bitterly.
"Hahaha—maybe I'm still dreaming—I'm seeing and hearing things, hope I don't have a fever already."
"You may think you're seeing or hearing things now, you may even think I'm not real. But, don't take what you saw or would see as a joke, this world just had its own case of acne invasion," The woman said, as a voice held overpowering aura to it.
"I don't understand what—you—are—saying." Avie muttered sleepily, as sleep overcame her.
"One day you will..child, one you will know who I really am to you," The woman said, as she tucked Avie into bed and gave her a kiss on her forehead.
"Goodnight child, and saviour of this world."
"Guardian!! I leave her once more in your care. Nothing and I mean nothing must happen to her. Did I make myself clear?" she said to a woman, who stood in the distance.
"Crystal clear, your lordship," the handmaiden answered, as she took a bowing pose.
"I shall take my leave now," she said, as she took one long glance at sleeping Avie and sighed softly.
"May your journey be smooth, your lordship," the handmaiden softly replied.
.....
"Be rest assured, I'll do anything to protect her." she added.
"I have faith in you." the woman said, as she faded into thin air.
