Bella looked at him and blinked, "but you touched my ass, Alex." she accused him again making him dumbfounded.

Alex coughed embarrassed, remembering how he  was enjoying touching her and even commented it was firm and perky.

"I was in sleep Bella, i did not know." he was telling the truth.

But Bella added, "but you said in any case, Alex." her reasoned left him speechless once again.

  Now what shall he do, if he said this was an exception, she would ask him to make a list of exceptions. 

He sighed, "okay, it was  a mistake Bella, i apologise." he replied sincerely, he should not take advantage of her childlike innocence.

"Bella, it was not that kind of pain."

He shook his head at the naive girl who was completely unaware of emotions that a human has.

"Then what was it, Alex?" she asked as she frowned. She felt the pain. She used to feel pain in the past too but that was too mild. This time it was very strong and hurting though it passed speedily, it was still new for her.

"Bella, there are two types of pain, physical pain and mental pain that is due to emotions. What you felt may be mental pain. You became too sad to feel the hurt. Did some memory trigger? Why were you so sad?" he asked and the girl blinked. She stayed silent for a while as if pondering his words.

He sat there silently giving him the needed time to think well.

She settled her thoughts as she repeated the whole scenario in her mind.
