Anna waited for the whole morning for Alex to return to Bella to come and see her but it did not happen. Neither Alex returned nor Bella came to meet her. Even Adam left. She felt like there was something more to it. Or Mike was more injured then they told her. But she couldn't do anything about it.

She looked at her leg that was bandaged badly. She was sure she could not move. Her injuries had made her helpless and now she was bound to the bed.

She looked around hoping that someone would come and tell her what was happening. It was not like her brother had behaved ever and this thought made her feel uneasy.
