Alex had always thought that the angels were on the good side and the demons were on the bad side. He had automatically assumed that the war was from the side of demons and angels just tried to protect them. But only now had he come to know that angels were the one who had tried to hurt both of them again and again.

And demons had shouted and snarled at Asbeel. They never tried to hurt Asbeel and Angela in the first place. They just kept complaining that their relationship was wrong and it would cause trouble.
