Out of habit Mona almost pulled out of her mind immediately but she steeled her heart and stayed in the dark quiet recess of her mind. 


"The experience is similar to when you shifted to your dia state. Use the same techniques" Savarous gently reminded her. 


"Oh yeah," Mona snapped her fingers, berating herself for not thinking of that sooner. 


"Thank you Savarous," She said gratefully. 


With her eyes still closed, Mona shook out her hand and leg " Should I shift back?" She asked no one in particular. 


The queen answered "Whichever form you are most comfortable in" Lily's voice sounded light as usual but there was a hint of concern in her tone. 


"But..." Mona encouraged her to continue. 


"But being in your dia state means Zia is closer to the surface and therefore it is easier for you to enter a full shift"
