C H A P T E R F I V E

Por's POV

No one's breaking the silence; he was still looking straight at me. His eyes said something, and when I saw him smile, I did not know why my tears were rolling again.

"Do you know him?" Xander asked me.

"Yes," I said. I did not know what I was doing, but suddenly I walked closer to him.

It was as if a magnet was attached to us, and we just stared at each other as I looked at him. I was in tears again. Why? What is wrong with me? Even the pounding of my chest was fast, and all I knew was that I was in front of him and I could not take my eyes off him like before I was afraid he would disappear from my sight again.

"I'm Ezekiel" he smiled. When he said that, I was even more amazed because his voice was so manly. It seems like the first time I heard his voice again. "I'm sorry if I did not introduce myself properly when we last met" he added.

I am speechless no words coming out of my mouth. Because the person I want to see is in front of me, his name was Ezekiel, and my tears suddenly flowed.

"Ezekiel?" he nodded. I wipe my tears and suddenly laughed "I'm sorry I don't know? Why am I crying, hahaha! Maybe I'm just glad to see you" I explained.

"I'm also glad to see you," he said.

"POR! Let's go home it is getting too late" Xander said in the distance.

I lost Xander in my mind, and I immediately turned to him when I heard his voice, Now he was approaching us. He suddenly grabbed me by the wrist, and I was shocked by what he does, then he walked fast, causing me to drag me. I'm trying to get rid of his hold on me because I'm getting hurt. I felt Ezekiel holds my other wrist; this is the reason why Xander stopped, and they stared at each other, It was an unwelcomed gaze.

"We're still talking," Ezekiel said

"It's already dark, maybe they are looking for her," Xander said. They still have not removed their grip on me.

"They are not looking for me, so let me go. I'm fine, you may go." and Xander let me go of my hand and Ezekiel did the same.

"Are you sure?" Xander said, he looked at Ezekiel, and I nodded.

"Yes, of course, I'll gonna be okay, and I enjoyed thank you", and I smiled at him.

"That's a relief at least you enjoyed our date, be careful. Please keep Por safe. I'm leaving" then he kissed me on my cheek and walked away from us.

I hold on to my cheek. "Is that your boyfriend?" Ezekiel asked me from behind.

"No! He's my boss" I explained to him.

"Why he kissed you?" he asked again.

"I don't know? By the way, where will you take me? It's already dark" I asked him.

"Are you sure you want me to be with you? " He asked me back. Wait, I asked first!

"Yes, so where are we going? I want to talk to you. I have a lot of questions for you."

Because I wanted to talk to him for a couple of hours, he took me to a cafe, and his friend owned this cafe.

"Thank you" I smile at the one who served us our order. Ezekiel just stared at me. "Aren't you tired of looking at me?" I asked.

"No? Because I don't know when this will happen again," he said thoughtfully.

"Ah, is that so? What is your cellphone number? So that if you want to see me. We can meet" I am eager that he will not disappear again and I can always see him.

He just took out his wallet and pulled out a square paper. I am sure it was a calling card.

"This" and he handed it to me. And I reached for it.

"I have nothing to give. I left my wallet in the office," I said.

"Okay, Call me if you want" he seems so chill.

"By the way? Why did you give me flowers and congratulate me on my graduation? Are you related to my parents or me? "I asked quickly.

"Yes, I'm related to you" he replied then, it occurred to me maybe he was my cousin or uncle? I hope not.

"How?" I asked incredulously

He laughed a little "Because we're lovers."

"Lovers?" I repeated what he said.

"I know you're wondering how or maybe you were going to say that I'm insane? But that's true; we're lovers in our past lives. So you feel mixed emotions when you see me and quick heartbeat because we're lovers " he explained.

I thought my parents sold me, so I had a lover? What are our past lives very chaotic.

"Wait? How are you sure?" I asked again I do not believe.

"It's okay even if you don't believe me now, I just know what I know and the truth between the two of us," he said again.

He drove me home, and I still had a big question mark on my head. How can he say that? I looked at his calling card. I still remember what he said to me before I went down from his car.

"When you are ready to know everything about us, just call me" until the end he was still mysterious.

Why did you shake my world, Ezekiel! When I went up to the 2nd floor where my apartment was, I saw Xander waiting there.

"Oh? Have you been waiting there for a long time?" I ask

"Yes, I bring your bag, but you haven't returned yet, I can't leave it here because there are important things in it" and he handed it to me.

"Thank you very much" he smiled and walked away, but I called him again.

"Xander?" He turned around. "Take care."

"I'm happy because you came home safely" I just smiled after he said that.

And I took the key from my bag and entered the apartment. When I opened the door, I immediately turned on the light and closed the door and fell on my couch. It was a tiring day; many things happened.

"We're lovers" It flashback to me again; I just rubbed my face. Does he believe in soulmate and reincarnation? Do past lives seem to be? And when he says that he is sure and he is proud. You are very mysterious Ezekiel ~
