Chapter 6: The Sleepless and The Broken Part 13

As I approached Risa, I noticed that she was looking different then usual, however in my haze I didn't see the problem with speaking to her though.

“Good morning.” I spoke, in a testing tone to see how Risa would react. Her eyes were darting back and forth, and her hands were ferociously clenching her face. When I said my good morning, her darting eyes focused on me for a moment, registering the fact that I had spoken.

“Why...why is no one hearing these voices?” Risa responded, before her eyes darted to her left, starting at an empty and quiet wall. Any of the makeup or pampering that her face had previously was completely gone, as her face was pale, ghastly, and looked on the verge of collapse.

“Risa, what voices are you talking about?” I tried to ask her, but her eyes and mind were too focused on the voice to her left, as she slowly started to look more and more unstable.
