CHAPTER 34

Covered in flour from head to toe.

Literally.

That’s how I found myself early one Tuesday morning. Me and Grace were ‘attempting' to make dumplings. Although we were both pretty good in the kitchen, things don’t always go as planned, now do they?

It was all perfect, the dough was perfect, we cut it up into parts and made beautiful and thin dumpling wrappers out of it perfectly, the filling of kimchi chicken was perfect and then the imperfection walked into the kitchen in all his half-naked bedhead glory.

We were still rolling out the wrappers when Baek walked in that way into the kitchen making Grace blush like a little school girl and a puff of flour just went up in the air right in front of her. It looked like a botched up powder make-up job. The kitchen was filled with laughter, which turned into a silence of complete shock.

Grace had very nicely picked up some more flour and chucked it straight at my and Baek’s faces.
