“What happened Ceri? Who did this to you? You have to tell daddy so I can help you.!” 

How was she to tell him that she did not even know who the father was?  

Ceri looked down in defeat and shame. 

Mr Mariba would not let his daughter suffer shame and being outcasted, he would send his daughter away in the meantime to save her. 


 A fictional african Story. 

Will getting pregnant out of wedlock father unknown, outcasted from the community she grew up be the end of her? 

Ceri is determined to prove otherwise. Will she change the mindset that has been there for ages?

African Love

"Metta slow down, lets rest a bit" Dai was panting trying to keep up with the energetic Metta. 


"It's too much fun, I will run to mom over there and spook her" he said as he sprinted forward. Dai signed in relief as she looked uo and saw him headed towards his mom. 


"I thought he reached you, he was running towards you less than five minutes ago" Dai said, her and Metta had been running and playing along the beach and she slowed down when she spotted Ceri and the rest ahead where Metta was headed. 


They looked around but could not see him. Where could he have disappeared to so quickly. 


They split up and kept searching but could not find him. 


It was getting dark and Ceri was now starting to get worried.
