Every since I was a little girl, talking to myself is something that have always helped me in my emotional state, whenever I want a advice from someone except my partner and bestfriends I talk to myself.
Whenever I pass my mirror I have to say something to my inner self, whenever I'm washing the dishes I'm having a conversation with myself, whenever I'm cleaning and something is bothering me I talk to myself, whenever I'm walking alone and no one is in sight I talk to myself about uncomfortable things that I'm too afraid to share with anyone.
I mean a conversation with a real girl other than my boyfriend and my bestfriends is one of the best thing on planet earth.
People may say it's crazy to talk to yourself but I strongly disagree, if you have a problem and your not comfortable to talk to anyone about what your going through then I urge you to talk to yourself, but please dont talk to yourself infront of people because you know how some people are judgy.
The moment you feel you are not good enough simply talk to yourself, the moment you get heart broken, the moment you feel like doing something that you'll later on regret talk to yourself, just reason with yourself, understand how you operate and remember do not talk to yourself infront people!
