Chapter 20

"Haru where's your sister?" Samuel asked the slumbering boy on the sofa. Haru rubbed his eyes and looked at him. He didn't respond, instead, he just furrows his brows at him.

Haru wants to say out loud the words: 'Dumbass, she's out.' But his laziness strikes at the wrong time. But something went inside of his mind that makes the laziness throughout him drained.

The boy stood up and rushed outside of the house. Samuel tried to follow him even Haru runs very fast. "Hey! Haru, wait!"

'Where's my sister? Hope she won't die.'

"Ha----" The Japanese boy covered Samuel's mouth and motioned him to shut up but the Spaniard male removed his hand on his mouth. "What is---" This time, Samuel is the one who closes his mouth shut after successfully figuring out what's the situation.

Samuel can sense that something is wrong. He knows that if he makes a foolish decision and moves recklessly, he'll be in trouble.

"Back." Haru nudges his shoulder forcefully, making the older one stepped backward. "Is that them?" Haru pushed him away.

"Back." 'You should go back now dumbass.'

He doesn't have many options that are why Samuel followed Haru's order and went back inside while acting like there's no odd thing is happening outside.

Meanwhile, Haru remains standing while looking at the five-person with his unconscious sister from afar. He remained on his usual self, the emotionless one.

"Hiro is here, we should talk to him." The blonde girl said before walking towards him with a smile. "Hiro, what's the target's current situation?" Haru didn't respond but he remained to eye the blonde girl with a high-pitched voice.

"Uhmm, Hiro? I'm asking about the----"

"Hiro, tell us about the current situation." The red-haired girl told and the hunter-looking lady agreed.

"Trance," Haru called his sister's name while eyeing her on the ground. On a moonless night, inside the forest, Haru took a step but the blonde girl stopped him. "You know that girl, Hiro? We need to bring her to the headquarters, she'll probably have a role on Valdez's stupid gamble." Nevertheless, she got shove away from him and take a step towards his sister.

"One more step, Hiro. This is not part of your mission. Five of us received an order from the Headmistress, we're allowed to take her with us." The elegant and fine-looking lady announced in an authoritative tone while the blonde tapped his shoulder. "Hiro, let me remind you that this out of your mission."

Haru did stare at her before taking the gun on her waist using his free hand, quick lightning. Five of them got alerted after witnessing what the boy did.

"Hiro are you okay?" The red hair asked while the hunter-looking lady sneaked behind him while aiming at him using her now and arrow. The blonde raised her hand and take steps towards him carefully.

"Hiro------" The misfortune is on their side right now, the hunter-looking girl accidentally stepped at the dried leaf and creates a small crushing sound that Haru noticed. To her shock, the blonde got pulled by her hand and Haru twisted it backward by the force, making the blonde winced in pain because of his strong grip that might crush her bone.

The hunter-looking girl shoots her arrow at him in quick motion but Haru dodges it and the arrow pierced the tree. He aimed at the sky and pulled the trigger two times, enough to stop them. The blonde tried to kick him to his knee but Haru remained in his position, stand in his glory. Haru tightened his grip on her arm and the blonde tried to swing her free hand to deliver a punch on him, yet, her movements become futile when Haru did the same as what he does on her left arm.

"Where do Trance and Haru go?" Felix asked him. Samuel smiled nervously at him as he pulled the chair, creating a creaking sound.

"Them? Out for a while." Felix stared at the boy before putting down the spoon he's holding and taking his gun with him they rushed outside after he heard the two gunshots.

"Nine!" The red-haired cried after Haru punched the blonde on her abdomen, enough to knock her off.

"Hiro, what is the meaning of this? We need to bring this girl at the headquarters." The fine lady said but Haru remained in an emotionless state while looking at her.

"Bring that girl back." He declared plainly as he eyed his conscious sister. The red-haired shook her head. "No, Hiro. We have to take----" Haru clutched the female's slender arms with the intent of breaking it and aimed the gun on her throat.

"Miyazaki what are you doing?!" The hunter-looking girl asked as she aimed Haru who's clutching a girl by her arm. Haru's hair is now covering his eyes but his vision remained the same and that makes the four persons in front of him acknowledge him as Hiro.

"Hiro you should stop it now, you're hurting Nine!"

"He's not Hiro!"

"Then who the fck he is?!" The male wearing the same clothing like the four-woman exclaimed while eyeing the boy.

"Hey, bring the girl to the headquarters." The elegant and fine-looking lady despite the black clothing that she wears ordered the male who's holding the unconscious Trance on his arm before he hopped inside the hole. The hole is not just a simple hole, it's an open portal and it remains open that reveals what is on the other side. Another dark forest like the forest that surrounds Valdez's manor.

"Hands up," Felix said as he pointed the gun at the hunter-looking girl who's holding the bow and arrow.

"Valdez." The red-haired girl growled before she pointed the gun she's holding at Felix.

"Seems like you're the from that organization. Where's my toy?" Haru looked at him emotionlessly while still gripping at the unconscious girl's wilted arm.

"Alright, where's my Trance?"

"I'm afraid that we're going to take the three of you there if you, Valdez, tried to restrain, Artemis." The lady said.

"Is that so Hera?" Felix asked in his sarcasm and pressed the gun on the girl named Artemis.

"Five of you accomplished that, you restrained the girl first. So I guess it'll be quits. Now, bring the girl back here or I'll pull out the worst thing that you can't imagine." Hera giggled like a princess despite her look at the Spaniard boy. "Is that a threat, Valdez? Hoho, help, I'm scared." It's not like Felix is scaring them to scare them and bring Trance back, he's talking to them just in his way.

"Threatening? Nah, I'm being nice here. That girl has nothing to do with the five of you. That one is mine,"

"We don't care. Whether you like it or not, we're taking the girl to our headquarters. Together with that one." The red-haired said. "You're taking this one too, Demeter?" Felix pointed to Haru who's holding the girl recklessly. After all, Haru doesn't care about the girl or the others. His mind is to focus on what he wants. He wants his sister back.

"I'm sure you know how my gamble or my game works, right? Every pawn is important than you think and the Headmistress knows that. So what's the reason you're taking the girl with you?" Demeter sarcastically laughs and glared at Felix. Artemis remained standing even she wanted to shoot him on with her arrows. Only a small angered breath stopped her from followning th urges.

"She's a pawn? You're using a girl? So Lord Valdez got a cunning idea, I see." Artemis slowly lets go of the bow string, "But are you deaf? Like what we told you, we're taking her for a classified reason and that girl is a classified person." Artemis mumbled before she separates her bow from her arrow.

"Classified who?" He chuckled darkly. "Classified or not bring her back. I know what I am doing, and told to the headmistress that finders will always be the keepers." Felix removed the gun on Artemis's head, making the girl pull out the two of her guns and aim them at Haru and Felix.

"Our microphones are on, she heard you." Hera retorted as she gripped at the handle of the two Egyptian weapons that she's holding; the Khopesh.

"Really? What great news then." In just a millisecond, Felix went emotionless like Haru as if he's far from what he used to be.

"Headmistress, That girl has nothing to do with you. Why don't you bring her back to me then? Taking someone's property is not a good habit. Aside from that, I know what I am doing. I'm talking nicely with you." Hera and the others stepped away, never letting their guard down because of the two threats standing nonchalantly in front of them now.

["Hera, I ordered a retreat for the four of you. Take the other boy too."] A soft as cotton and gentle like mother voice said on the other line. Hera darted her gaze at Haru who's still clenching the girl named Aphrodite on her arm and then she averted it to her comrades.

["I'm sending Hermes back."] Hera knows what to do next so she pressed the button on her wristwatch and aimed it behind Haru. When the hole opened, the male named Hermes dragged Haru and Aphrodite inside while Artemis managed to shoot two of her arrows at Felix after they hopped inside of the entrance before it closed.

"This is Hera, we succeed."
