The Villainess is Back to Life

AFTER A LONG AND VERY AWKWARD SILENCE installed between us while we arrived at the archery grounds, he pretended to cough, probably preparing to say something, and when I turned my eyes to him, he gulped, "So, he said he would let you in Kallisto's hands. But I can't see nor sense the guy, so I think he's kind of irresponsible to let the Royal Princess of House Nicholai alone and without protection, especially when she is his sister, and it's with a Black Imperial Knight at that," that's bold of him.

And for Mikla's sake, was that the reason why he was looking at our surroundings all the time? He thinks I need protection? Poor guy, he should be the one to protect himself against me, not the other way around.

Though I get what he meant, I don't like it.

It's almost like he's stating that he is dangerous and I should be careful. He probably thinks very highly of himself. It's laughable the fact that he said that to me, at that.
