"IT MUST BE THE BIGGEST AND EASIEST LIE YOU TELL people, Princess," clenching my jaw, I stared at him. "I'm still having goosebumps here, Princess," he held his arm higher to show me and everybody in the room. "You are in deep pain. Who did this to you?"

"I said that I'm okay, Duke Petra. And I honestly am. I'm okay with feeling like this. It's not a problem anymore, I'm used to it. Really. So, you don't need to worry about me, okay? Worry about your nieces and nephew. About your wife and daughter. I'm alright the way I am," he stared at me with sadness in his eyes, but no pity at all, with made me feel a little off.

"What can I do to help you ease this unbearable pain you feel inside, kid?" He came one step forward, and I walked three steps back. "I'm not going to hurt you."
