"NATASHA WOULD NEVER HURT VALERIAN voluntarily!" Joshua exclaimed convicted. "Besides, she doesn't have any type of mind magic," he swallowed hard right after he realized what he said and turned his back on us, looking through the window. "...Anymore."

"I'm not saying she did it to hurt him or purposefully, brother." He turned his eyes to meet hers and this time his eyes were in a deep shade of gold. "Even Valerian knows that. He believes she doesn't even know she did that to him. That's why he begged me not to tell her. The kid didn't want to see her worried," more.

"What did you suggest to him then, sis?"

"I told him to go to the Mage's Tower without her knowing. Because Stradivarius would know how to help him better than anyone!" That's my clever Princess!

{"You did well, Adelyn!"} She blushed at the tiger's compliment and we laughed.
