The Extreme light sword was a battle technique based on light and with his lightning qi attribute Qin Lei's attacks were fast and destructive while his metal attribute qi made his sword qi sharp and lethal.

Compared to Zhan Wei's display of the Large Success realm of the Jade Breaking Fist, Qin Lei's Large Success realm was far stronger.

Qin Lei smiled brightly as he felt the reaction of those around, he had just showed he was far above his peers, in cultivation and also in battle techniques, even the guard were obviously also impressed by his feat.

While from the podium the Elders of the Mystic Heaven Sect discussed his placement.

According to the Elders those accepted had three days to settle their affairs after than they were to return back into the inner city before they were transported to the Mystic Heaven Sect.

Most of those that failed were downcast and some of the kids had even erupted in tears as they left while Zhan Wei had a smile on his face as he checked the crowd for Xia Yunzi.

He had already expected to fail, to Zhan Wei being able to expand his horizons and learn the three battle techniques was enough reward for him taking the disciple recruitment test and he was happy for Xia Yunzi.

After seeing Xia Yunzi they were about to leave when a guard stopped Zhan Wei and told him the City Lord wanted to see him.

He knew the tall burly man in golden armour that supervised the first stage was the City Lord of the Bright Jade City but he couldn't think of any reason Lu Zhenchuan would want to see him.

Zhan Wei left with Xia Yunzi and followed the guard, after getting to the podium Xia Yunzi stepped aside and Zhan Wei followed the guard and they climbed the stairs to the podium.

Apart from the burly Lu Zhenchuan there were also the Elders of the Mystic Heaven Sect seated on the podium, Zhan Wei cupped his fist and greeted them all.

Apart from the Crimson furnace peak Elder who nodded his head in response the rest of the Elders were indifferent to his greetings.

Lu Zhenchuan had a stern look on his face  as he said to Zhan Wei, " Your results in the first two stages were completely useless while that of the third round was not much ".

Zhan Wei nodded his head in response, his result in the first round was bad as he couldn't even absorb much of the spirit qi in the spirit stone they were allocated before time ran out while his result for the second stage was far worse, detecting his innate aptitude as the " Origin Void Constitution ".

Those of the Origin Void Constitution were simply not worth investing and only his result of the third stage was a bit manageable with his Spirit sense ranked as Middle tier.

To Zhan Wei apart from the last round, his performance in the disciple recruitment test was completely trash.

Lu Zhenchuan sipped from his tea cup, he could have finished what he wanted to say but he wanted to take his time to observe the young boy in front of him.

Taking another sip from his tea he continued, " But Elder Jia feels your performance in the last stage was worth something, We saw you practice the three battle techniques if you can also show good results in the two remaining battle techniques and after earning enough credits, Elder Jia assured his Crimson furnace peak is ready to accept you as a servant disciple ".

Zhan Wei looked at the Crimson Furnace Peak Elder and bowed in gratitude.

He had not expected much but surprisingly there was still a way to enter to the Mystic Heaven Sect.

He had even thought of waiting an entire year before trying the disciple recruitment test again and although it was only as a servant disciple and he still need to earn something called credits to even be able to become one.

To Zhan Wei as far as there was a way, he would blaze through.
