Page LXXXIII - First Act

Time, frozen, people, darkened, Celaine, attention, Theodore, personification.

Her words seemed to stumble on themselves as Celaine couldn't find the right words or to say the word, 'what?' out loud for him to hear.

Back at their group, they were all waiting for Celaine.

Theodore looked around for Celaine but she was just there, frozen from where he called him.

Theodore saw Celaine's face, confused. 

He began to sweat as his eyes widened. He tightened his grip at the armrest of his seat. But his emotions couldn't be seen by anyone as his face was completely hidden by the mask.

Yet Theodore knew that somehow, Celaine knew what that mask is. "I just wore it because it resembled mine... I can't believe I got noticed by her out of all people. Well, I do agree that it was a dumb decision... I got swept away by the past." Theodore waved to gain her attention knowing that the others were also looking at her.
