"V...ia..." A muffled voice of a man could be heard in front of her. "Vi..ia..! Victoria!" Then followed a loud slam on the table.

It was loud and scary enough that Victoria jolted and let go of the fork that she was holding, slamming down on the plate in front of her. "Yes?" She then followed.

"You don't even listen to me anymore. Do you think you're better than me now?" Conrad said as he was gulping down the whole bottle of bourbon whisky.

"..." She just continued on eating the meat that was presented on her plate, completely drowning in her own small world.
