Ch.1 Handsome

Ring! Ring! Ring!

"Okay class we will be taking a quiz."

"Uuggh, come on mister give us a break. This is already our third quiz of the day," said a girl

"Well then how about we partner up and do a lab instead."

"Uggh, why?" A student complained.

"Alright LAB IT IS!" The teacher said. The students slowly stood up and went to find a partner.

"Hey, Duke wanna be my partner" said Sana.

"Sorry Sana I partnered up with my buddy already"

"Oh alright then" Sana looked around and saw her friends, but they had already partnered up with each other.

"Okey Dokey has everyone found their partners" the teacher asked.

"Sir I don't have a partner," Sana replied.

"Well, it looks like you will have to partner up with Hua."

The class starts to mumble.

"Mister can't I just work by myself" Sana looked at the teacher and knew right away she had to work with Hua.

Hua is a very quiet boy and his front hair covered his eyes making it look like long bangs. Sana slowly walks over to Hua's table and everyone was staring. Sana had sat down the chair next to him and the class was completely silent.

"Sana must feel so awkward, I feel so bad," a classmate had whispered.

"He is so weird."

"How can he see with his bangs."

Hua could hear these whispers were about him, but he just stayed quiet.

"So....what do we have to do for this lab," Sana asked.

"Um....we have to...observe it to see if it is a physical or chemical reaction," Hua replied nervously. 

"Oh thats it I thought we would have to disect or something. So...what have you found out."

"Oh..Uh...I see bubbles, so it must be a chemical reaction."

"I also smell something, so this reaction has bubbles and odor" Sana said.

The clock had turned from 8 AM to 9 PM. The class had just finished their observations, and the boys had decided to throw their football. The teacher had stepped out to use the bathroom. Duke and his buddies went over to Sana.

"Hey, Sana wanna go on a date later," said Duke.

"I can't I have to stay after school for help on my math quiz."

"Why not, Can't you just skip it"

"No duke, if I do, I will flunk and my parents will be mad."

"Alright then, guess I will stay after too," said Duke while putting his arms around Sana.

"Hey! Guy with the bangs, touch her and your dead," Duke said while glaring at Hua. But Hua didn't bothered to look at him. Hua ignored him and work on the lab.

"Its alright Duke, he's cool, he is also smart, I think we can get a good grade," said Sana.

"COOL! Yeah sure," Duke said it while laughing.

The teacher came in and Duke and his buddies went back to their seats.

"Alright class the bell is going to ring in five minutes, so just wrap it up," the teachers yelled out. The class had packed up their stuff and cleaned the tables.

"Umm...Hua I'm sorry about my boyfriend, he is a jerk most of the time, but he is actually kind if you get to know him," Sana said. Then she packed her bag.

"Hua, see you in English," Sana waved and Hua starts to pack up.

This was the first time he had talked to Sana. Even though they have some classes, it was hard for Hua to talk her. She was very popular, always surrounded by people.

Sana came to math class to study and get tutored by the teacher, but as she walked in and paused, she saw Hua sitting at his desk. Sana had seen that his bangs were put back, it was almost as he gelled his hair slicked back. Sana was fluttered.

"Wow...He's so handsome," Sana thought to herself.

"Sana would you be alright if Hua could tutor you for today," the math teacher asked.

"Um...sure I don't mind," Sana replied nervously.

"Alright then Ima step out for a bit," the teacher said. Sana walked to Hua's desk and sat down across from Hua. Hua had a pencil in his hand, and was looking at his textbook. Sana looked at Hua, it had made her even more fluttered.

"Um...can you turn the page to 124," Hua asked.

"Uh...sure," Sana replied. Sana tried to avoid eye contacts with Hua because she knew his face was a distraction.

"Sana...are you okay," Hua asked.

"Me...Um Yes I am," Sana had made eye contacts with Hua. She blushed.

"Sana are you sure, your face is very red."

"Me...Red" Sana said nervously, then using her hands to cover her red cheeks.

Hua smiled and chuckled a bit.

"Why are you laughing," Sana asked. Hua got nervous.

"Oh...Um...I think...you are very..."

"So how is everything going," the teacher came in and interrupted Hua.

"GREAT!" Sana yelled. Sana was surprised and still a little flustered.

"Sana I had chosen Hua for you tutor because he is the top student in this class"

"Really!!" Sana was shocked.

"Yes he has a perfect score in every of his quiz and test." Sana looked at Hua and was surprised.

"Hua you should really tutor me more often," Sana asked with excitement.

"Uhh...Sure," Hua replied.

"Can I get you number so you could come and tutor me," Sana asked. Hua handed his phone to Sana. Sana had seen this phone is the oldest version. She put her phone number in Hua's phone. She looked at the time.

"Woah, it's almost 4, I guess this will be it for today," Sana said. Sana packed up, waved, and ran out the door. Duke was in front of the door wait for Sana.

"Sana what took you so long, I was waiting for you," Duke said.

"I was just packing up," Sana replied.

"Hey, who is that dude that was sitting across you."

"Oh that was Hua, he looked different doesn't he." Sana said.

"Alright, stop looking at him lets go home," Duke said. He was annoyed.

At the main lobby, everyone was going home. In an elite school, every seniors had a car or someone to take home, but Hua rode a bike home. Duke rode Sana home and had surpassed Hua.
