Central Hospital (Caracas, Venezuela)

The nurse came in, pushing a rickety wheelchair and escorted by my grandma. My arm didn't hurt me much and we finally left the hospital headed straight to our house. When we arrived, I was climbing out of the truck and telling my dad I wanted to help him with the bookshop when he interrupted me.

"No, son, I have a surprise for you. It came this morning."

"A surprise?" I said, smiling.

"You won a trip to an exclusive camp in Manaus! It's in Brazil, and it's called Universal Corner."

"A camp?" I hesitated, unsure of what to say. Thoughts of Suhail and the mission flashed through my mind.

Dad pulled out a golden envelope out of his pocket and handed it to me. "I already talked to your doctor, and he gave the clear-all for your trip."

I examined the envelope. The sight of the camp's crest halted me in my steps: it was a pair of flying Dalmatians.
