Married To Sophistication

When Sophia heard the sound of Tunde's car as he drove into the compound, she panicked. She was hoping he wasn't going to come back early, as she already called the mechanic to come fix the car.

The mechanic had promised her, that he was going to be at their place shortly, but he is yet to arrive, and now Tubde is back. If she had known, she would have just driven the car to the mechanic's workshop instead.

"Sophia!" Tunde called out her name for the second time. With the tone of this voice, she could tell he has already seen the car.

Sophia's first instinct was to pretend that she was injured in the accident, maybe pretend she had a dislocated arm or something, at least that would earn her some sympathy from Tunde, and he wouldn't be so angry at her, but if he find out the truth, he is going to be even more pissed.
