Chapter 6

Just then Coach Jim said they were going to play dodge ball and Lisa was glad but then he added with superpowers and Lisa knew she was doomed.

"What kind of game is this "Lisa asked herself team

"Well it is like normal dodge ball but then we use our superpowers to attack and defend ourselves "Li Wang told her in a Chinese accent and she found it a little difficult to understand.

She furrowed her brow in confusion and Li Wang said it and said it again and this time Lisa found it more clear.

"Then what about me what am I to do" Lisa asked anxiously

"Just stand back and we will take care of it,just make sure you do not get hit with a ball or else we would lose and it will also hurt a lot " Angel said

"Ok thanks for the heads up "Lisa said to Angel

The coach then paired two groups to compete against each other and luckily Lisa's group was in the last pair ,this meant she had a chance to watch how the game goes so that she would know what to do when it is her team's turn to play the game.

Before the game started coach Jim made an announcement that the winner of this competition would be like.

At the beginning of the competition about ten balls were lined up in the middle of the court and all the teams were at their various side of the court and were waiting for Coach Jim to blow the whistle to start the game.

After about two minutes Coach Jim blew the whistle and everyone who was participating in the game ran towards the middle of the court attempting to grab at least one ball.

Once they get the ball the quickly rush back to their end of the court and then they can start throwing the balls but then they start using their superpowers.

The team on the left side(team A )of the court had some powerful teammates there were boys four boys and two girls.

The two girls were Ohema and Anaya and they had earth powers and elasticity powers respectively and the boys were Max ,Carlos and Brian and their powers were find your weakness (It can be the weakness of an individualor the weakness of a group),lighting and voice amplification respectively.

And on the team on right side of the court(team B) there were three girls three boys.

The three girls were Kara ,Isabella and Elsa whose powers were water manipulation, flight and teleportation respectively and the three boys were Ademir ,Earl and Thabo whose powers were Knowledge ,Indistractability and lazer from both eyes and hands respectively.

After each team had got the number of ball they could get and they rushed to their corners, they started throwing the balls at each other in attempt to hit at least one member but because everyone had a superpower it was evenly matched.

Every time the team on the right (team B)wanted to attack one member of the team on the left(team A) Ohema would always raise up a wall made of soil(or earth) a block it from hitting any member because even if one member is hit the whole team would be disqualified from the game.

Just then Kara also used her water manipulation to stop an attack from the opponent's side of the court and Elsa also used her teleportation powers to teleport the balls back to the other team's side.

They kept using their superpowers dodging and attacking back and forth back and forth with no end in sight.

The whole game continued like that for almost thirty minutes until Max decided to use his power and he found out that the weakness member of the opponent's team was Isabella especially when she is in flight were Kara's water shield can not protect her from and incoming ball and then told his teammates to attack her because she was the weakest and most vulnerable person among them (her team ) at the moment.

They then focused all their attacks towards Isabella. All the members on team A threw balls at her until they were left with only two balls because Thabo kept shooting at all the balls they kept throwing Isabella's way.

Just before Ben threw the last but one ball at Isabella Brain came up with a plan.

After they formed the plan ,Ben used his metallic arm to throw as hard as he can and Calos also threw the last ball with his lighting at the same time as Ben.

The two balls were moving at speed and as they were approaching Isabella ,Thabo was about to shot a lazer but then Brain screemed causing him to only shot one laser which hit Ben's ball as a result of him crouching down to hold his ears but Claos' balls accelerated and hit Isabella causing her to get electrocuted but she did not die,she just fell into one of her teammate's arms.
