The one that got away

A few days later

Standing in a dark corner the sound of footsteps quickly gets louder and louder almost rushed in order to find someone they soon go faint again, standing in the dark corner the person slowly makes their way out their footsteps were faint but only the person could hear them, moving their feet out of the room making sure no one is following them.

In the earpiece that's in their ear makes a faint small noice they tap it to listen "boss they are coming around the corner in 4 seconds" a male voice is heard in the earpiece as his fingers tap on the keyboard to type in as he looks at the map on his side.

The person gave a small 'hm' to justify an okay and hides behind some boxes, his composure was stiff and shown no emotion into their inky grey eyes.

"Damn it where did he go!? You go over there and you go there!" The man that beside the boxes could be heard yelling at his men pointing at all directions where his eyes could lead him.

All his men scatter in fear with their tails between them to find the man who dares to ruin them.

"Heh" a deep chuckle could be heard while his men scatter the main guy stood there and heard the deep chuckle.

"WHOS THERE!?.. IM NOT AFRAID TO SEND A BULLET THOUGH YOUR HEAD!" the man yells while he lifts his gun at the boxes like it was talking to him.

The man walks out the boxes and stares at the man who dares to send a bullet to his head, his ink black eyes showed no emotion and care for this man.

"Y-yang S-Sa-Sangwook" The man now named, couldn't cope saying his name and kept studding, he was confused on how a ruthless man was here was he here to collect their fate? Or to speak to his boss? Or maybe both?!

"Where is your boss?" Sangwook glared at the petite man that was going to kill him and wanted his answer quick and easy.

"Well you see he- he-" the petite man looked at the tall figure in front of him and couldn't say what he needed to say.

"WHERE IS YOUR BOSS MR. LEE JI-UN?!"

"I DONT KNOW ALL HE TOLD ME WAS TO STALL YOU AND LET HIM RUN HE PROBABLY LEFT BUSAN NOW!!" He screamed like his life depended on it, he soon regretted yelling at the man because now he knows he dead now.

Sangwook stared at the and smiled, not a happy smile but a deathly and evil smile, Sangwook drew his gun out with a silencer on it and shoots the man with no remorse at all.

The man felt his heart clutch and that's when he knew he was dead his eyes didn't close but coughed blood instead in between his coughs he yells at the man who shot him now walking away from this mess he made, no more sounds came from the man who just died bled out to the floor.

Sangwook pressed his ear piece "Min Hye make sure they are all dead..." he paused on his words to think for a quick second "get me a plane ticket to Seoul" he didn't think twice and carried on walking away from the warehouse.

"Boss the team is here and are almost done, as for the plane ticket...." Min Hye sighed inside because he didn't want to say it but has to, he cried inside and breathed "it's delayed because of the weather"

The man gave a small 'hm' to Hye and took out the ear piece it dangled on his shoulder by the clear elastic around it. He sighed and looked and the sky it was thundering and raining.

He placed his gun on the hollister that was on his chest and walked into the rain his aura gave a dark and sinister vibe to it as he walks to his car parked for him waiting for him fo take him home.

The C8 Chevy corvette in the colour of black to match his taste he walks to his beauty and gets in it, he didn't care if he caught a cold or wetted the seat, he turned on the C8 Chevy Corvette and drives into rainy thunderstorm.

"So let me get this straight, the plane is delayed because of the thunderstorm and rain?" Chaeyoung now opening the fridge to grab the milk to make her tea and closes it again.

Sat at the kitchen island Minju and Eunji sat on the same chair with her on her lap "Yeah don't worry though it will clear in a few hours" Minju smiled at chaeyoung to reassure her that it's fine, she knew Chae was afraid of thunderstorms but it was only small.

A little laugh came from the girl who was sat in Minjus lap "Mommy look what I got the shop today" Eunji happily smiled showing her teeth while holding her lollipop that she got of the lovely cashier.

Chaeyoung and Eunji went out before just to grab some food for Eunji after all she's a kid and needs to eat her food.

Minju softens when she hears her daughter being all happy and showing her lollipop to her, Minju smiles goes bigger and hugs her baby "oooo~ what a lovely lollipop! What favour is it?"

"Strawberry! like you, because you always make me smile and so does strawberry's!" Eunji happily laughs and a soft giggle comes out.

Chaeyoung stood there on the other side of the kitchen island sipping her tea and starring at the two girls, she wasn't shocked but slowly her lips raised up to give a small faint smile.

She went to the cupboard and opened it to grab a small plastic cup for Eunji, opening the milk she fills the cup, she didn't add a lot to it just a small amount.

She places the milk back in the fridge and her eyes catches the bracelet Taemin gave her, she looks at it and felt her world stopped, she misses him, his smile, his face, his laugh she misses it all, but she's going her only friend that helped her, he didn't care if she was rich or poor he treated her like a normal person unlike the people at old school and family.

They bullied her, she didn't say she was rich she just wanted a normal life, to be free of this money world that everyone wants. Minju was also there for Chaeyoung when she was younger, Minju always told her 'to always be kind to people and they will be kind back' or 'never spoil a person or they would expect expensive stuff of them all the time'

Before Minju left she said to chae 'if you ever meet someone doesn't matter if they are older or younger if they don't treat you with respect and say I'm older then you can say it's my choice to treat people with respect'

Chaeyoung smiled at the bracelet because Taemin also said those words to her, she slowly caresses the bracelet and looks up the two who is now staring at her in amusement.

"What?" Chaeyoung now looking at the faces smiles awkwardly and scratches her neck. She remembers something and looks at the glass of milk, she picks it up and places it in front of Eunji.

Eunji happily accepts the glass of milk and picks it up "Aunty Chae-Chae has a crush~" as Eunji said that Chaeyoungs mouth goes a gape and scoffs "as if, and don't call me aunty it makes me feel and look old!"

The little girl drinking the milk sets it down and looks at her mom "mommy she does have you seen her bracelet it's so pretty" the child's eyes glisten and smiles "oh really now I've gotta see this" Minju looks at younger sister and smiles at her childish behaviour.

Chaeyoung sips her tea again hold her wrist "never over my dead body you can see this!" Chae pouts and turns around.

Minju and Eunji look at their family member and laugh they couldn't hold it in no more seeing Chaeyoung being childish always makes them laugh and they are happy about it, it makes her love her even more
