Mrs Robert's POV
Right there on the sofa, her mind kept pedaling to and fro the possibility of her losing the only son she's had to rivet her husband. The man she's been trying so hard to forget ever since she'd lost him to a very ghastly accident. She couldn't even recognize his body. Twas all charred beyond recognition.
“Sobs”...
“Why did you have to leave us so soon Gerald?”
“W-Why?”. She stuttered between sobs as she reminisce the memory of him
“Why, he was such an handsome man, more like an angel in human body, ever so agile and energetic”. She smiled to her thoughts.
She could remember the last time she ever saw him. How he looked at her so lovingly, how his eyes glowed with affection, how he had softly and gentle touched and kissed her. It was as though he knew he wouldn't return. But all the while his eyes kept saying something she couldn't catch. Something like he was pleading or was it a sorry look.
