Chapter 5: Encounter

At the end of the day, I still say yes, to her request. I will go to take a break for three days or more if I want, as she permitted me to do it.

She is not just my friend but my boss also. It's quite obvious, right? So, that is the other reason why I can not say no to her.

And it just says that I am taking a break but it is hard to say that I have no job for a while, while I am away. It has always had a job to me for any break that I will take.

But, It is just a simple request from her aside from her request that I should take a break.

A simple request like, I should persuade someone for her sake and the company itself or should I say that I need to disguise as her to entertain all of his listed dates that her father arranged for her which she disagrees.

It is not bad at all right? I still have my break which is for my sake. And I am doing this because I was just returning the favour to her. She's been always with me without any hate or fuss about anything. I am so glad and grateful to her, that's why and that's all.

“Follow me, Miss! I will take you to your VIP suite room. This way...”

I followed him silently while taking my time to explore my eyes to our surroundings.

It doesn't take time, we reached my suite earlier than I expected. It is a huge room, indeed.

“This is your room, Miss... enjoy your stay!”

He gave me a genuine smile before he leaves.

I manage to unpack my things fast and I type a message to her after unpacking.

I looked at the view outside and it was overwhelming. No words were uttered from my lips for a moment. I will be able to see this breathtaking in the following days. I am still glad that I agree with her request to me but I also request to her that this will be going to be the last time too.

I am already at my limit also but it can't change the fact that I'm still her friend, whatever it takes.

I deeply sigh while thinking about all of that. I hope she understands my side too, this kind of side of me.

I decided to get some sleep first before everything else because tomorrow, my real battle will be starting.

FAST FORWARD.

This is already my third day here. I'm done also with her request. I'm just taking my time here before I go back. My stay here was undeniably wonderful rather than the last time.

It is a huge privilege to be here and stay here for a while. I truly enjoyed, every single of them.

“Beautiful.”

I heard a manly voice behind me saying it. I got startled a bit.

I remain silent after he says it and I don't bother to see who he is. I'm still focused my attention on the surrounding in front of me.

“Do you mind if I join you here? No one will be got angry, right?”

I don't bother to talk to him also but I just nod at him and we became silent after that.

“You aren't deaf, right? You can talk?”

“Yes, I'm not... sorry!”

What's going on? Did I just say sorry to a mere stranger? Why? No reason of course. It's me and my mouth.

“Why are you sorry? What for?”

“Well, maybe I just thought that I might offend you somehow... You know, not responding or talking to you in a well-manner way”

“No way! I never thought of that! I am the one who should worry about it not you”

“Alright, I know that also but I just say it so... in advance I guess? I just hate it when someone gets offended by my actions or words”

“You have a good point about that, I also hate it... so I guess I should say sorry to you too”

“No! Don't be! It's alright.”

“Are you sure? You don't want my sorry?”

I nod at him and gave him a smile that is not forced. It came out naturally, and so he does too.

An unexpected conversation with that stranger is somehow good too. We stayed as strangers to each until we went on our separate ways.

After that, we will not go to see each other again. Yes, we do have shared conversations but it is the end of it. We both decided to stay as we are now and will not take a step closer to each other.

I don't know who he is as he doesn't know who I was too. We were fine with it as long as our memories stayed with us.

To cut the story short. We will live our lives the same as before as if there's nothing happened and we didn't meet at all.

But another strange happened before I could go back to the city.

I stayed for two days just to figure it out and learned the connection between us.

It shocks my world in an instant when I got to encounter her after that conversation I had with him, that stranger. It's on the same day.

I bumped into her at first. She helps me to get my stuff back but when we see our faces.

I'm speechless and so is she.

The only words that came into my mind at that moment were “if I have a twin, it could be her.”

And suddenly I got an answer to my question about that when I think that I was mistaken to be someone else but it turned out that I am facing it now.

“She is the one that they are talking about those times...”

But still don't know if this is all true.

“It is so unreal!”

I don't remember that I have a twin or whatever you could call that.

“What's happening seriously?”
