TARA'S POV

I hadn't been myself ever since Eric left my office an hour ago. I don't even know if I should give him the chance to explain himself. Part of me wanted to grant him a chance for explanation but the other part was very angry.

"Why did all this have to happen to me. Why do I feel vulnerable whenever his name was mentioned or talked to me" I thought to myself

"Because you still love him." My subconscious told me

"No I don't love him because he is with Anabelle." I replied

"Is it that you don't love him because he is with Anabelle or you don't love him anymore?" My subconscious said

I stay silent because I don't know what to reply with

"Silent right, stop playing hard to get Omotara because he still care for you." My subconscious warned me

"But he hurts me." I said

"And he is sorry." It tackled me

"LEAVE ME ALONE." I shouted
