Two boys, Ersel and Lino, were childhood best friends for three years. One day, while Lino went to visit his grandparents with his parents for several days, Ersel suddenly goes to Manila with his parents without even leaving a word or letter, making the former sad and angry. Back to Our Paradise

It did not take very long before everyone's respective lunches were served on the table neatly and accordingly in front of their rightful owners. Then they prayed before beginning to eat. 


“Here we go!” Kevin said eagerly and excitedly before beginning to dig into his lunch just like everyone else. 


Just like usual, the boys talked about various things like their academic work and pending homeworks, sports, girls, girlfriends, etc. Eventually, just as planned, Xavier asked Lino about the latter’s date with his girlfriend. 


“So, Lino, what do you plan to do this weekend with your girlfriend?” Xavier inquired while smiling at Lino gently before winking at Ersel. 


[I’m doing it for you now, man.] Xavier thought after winking at Ersel. 


Lino thought for a moment and replied, “As of now, we haven’t discussed it yet. Maybe we’ll discuss it this Friday. But we’ll most likely be going on a date.”
