Chapter 6: Satan Awakens

I am not one to be moved by carnal desires of lust, I always believed only humans have such feelings, but at this moment even I can't deny the fact that Tsuriel is indeed alluring.

"Tsuriel, get off of me"

She continues rubbing her head in my chest, its cute but when did she become so stubborn

"Tsuriel... That was an order"

I had to feign seriousness in order to get her to listen, it actually worked but now I feel bad because she looks downcast. I walk up to her and hug her

"I as well missed you Tsuriel, and please forgive me. If it were not for me, you would still be in Heaven"

"Please lord, don't apologise. I chose to come down with you, besides it has been fun these few years"

I lightly push her away from me

"Years?"

Years? But it's almost like I fell yesterday. Was I asleep this whole time??

"Yes lord, it's been 50,000 years since the Heavenly war, is there a problem?"

500,000 years?!!! I know I'm immortal but that's a lot of years

"Yes indeed, you see. The problem is, I only woke up yesterday"

"Really? Oh right... I'm meant to help you find the fragmented pieces of your memories"

"What?"

She summarised all that happened with the 500,000 year period of which I cannot recall

"Is that so?"

"Yes lord"

I look at her and realize that her appearance had changed. She's different from when we were in Heaven. How did I not notice this before? Her emerald green eyes and hair were still as beautiful as ever but her clothing however, that was the major problem.

She wore a black shiny material that looked like rubber, it stretched all the way from her neck to her groin, like some form of body suit, leaving her shoulder, arms and thighs fully exposed. She wore knee-high black boots and a red scarf around her neck and is that a tail? She had a long, thin, crimson colored tail with a heart-shaped tip. She's too exposed.

"Lord?"

Oh, I was staring at her body for too long, it must have been very unpleasant for her.

"I'm sorry but if I may ask, why are you dressed so?"

"Ah, this?"

She looks at her self

"You do not remember but it suits the new role that I have taken up on this world"

"New role?"

"Yes lord, as we fell, we assumed the roles of the powers of this world, and humans began worshiping us in no time"

"Ahh, I see. So what role did you assume Tsuriel?"

She then blushes a bit and begins to fidget

"I...I took a liking to a s..sin that man finds r..really hard to control. S..so I de..cided to rule over it"

She's stuttering, she must be really embarrassed. I hope its not a low ranking role

"Indeed, so what sin might that be?"

She was hesitant to speak, is it really that bad? Does she think I'll look down on her? I can't let her feel bad about herself

"I see, you don't need to tell me if you don't want to"

"No lord i really want to tell you... But its just...its just that..."

She then exhales to stable herself, the movement of her tail also becomes more stable showing that she is steady

"I am the goddess of lust and carnal desires, the demon of sex.... I'm a succubi"

She starts blushing intensely and her tail starts whipping around furiously

"Ah, I see. That's indeed a..... Wait, what?"

No wonder I had a slight attraction to her when she was on top of me, I felt it, a strange carnal desire of lust towards her.

"Anyways, on to the others" I had to clear up this awkward atmosphere

"Where are they now?"

"Lord, they all inhabit different aspects of this planet, I for instance live in the heart of anyone who has the slightest hint of lust. Also, some humans around the planet have built shrines and temples in my name but i prefer the human body, it really is a comfy place to be" She smiled while saying that last part. It was a really unsettling and deadly smile, what exactly happened to you through those thousands of years.

"Mr. Lucidel, are you down here?"

Gabrielle? Why is she coming down here? I've got to do something about Tsuriel. But too late, she's already here

"There you are Mr. Lucidel, I've been waiting for you. Is someone down here with you?"

Gabrielle walks up to me, I look at Tsuriel and she's just smiling at me, I look back at Gabrielle who is still staring at me

"My lord, why does she slander your name by mispronouncing it? Would you mind if I kill her?"

"Don't"

"Mr. Lucidel?"

"I'm sorry, i was just..."

Wait, didn't she hear what Tsuriel just said? She hasn't even looked in her direction, can't she see her?

I telepathically talk to Tsuriel

[What exactly is going on?]

[Ever since Adam fell, humans lost the ability to communicate with the spiritual, so right now I'm practically invisible to her]

[I see]

"Lady Gabrielle, please head to the house. I'll be with you shortly"

"OK, if you say so"

Gabrielle is gone, and now Tsuriel looks annoyed. Well, jealous is the actual feeling I sense from here right now.

"Tsuriel"

"Yes lord"

"Has there been any message from Heaven so far?"

"Lord, so far we only know a few plans that the Father has set in motion to deliver the humans from us"

"Speak"

"From His prophets lord, He has promised the humans salvation. He plans to send God the Son to this world"

"When will this happen?"

"We are unsure my lord"

"Hmm, that is indeed troublesome. So, how far into darkness have our forces plunged the human race?"

"Lord, once we fell, we insighted the humans to build a tower to Heaven. Fath.... God got angry at them and scattered them. Then we introduced all sorts of things, like the creation of weapons, poisons, torture methods, fornication, witchcraft"

"Witchcraft? What is that?"

"Lord, it is a method of deception where we make humans sell their souls to us and we pretend to allow them use our powers but unbeknownst to them, they are actually our slaves"

"I see, I'm impressed. I do feel bad though"

"Why is that lord?"

"These weak frail humans, we are only using them as either cannon fodder or casualties of an unseen war"

"Please be at rest my lord, the heart of man has grown wicked over the years. Even God once destroyed the Earth because of it"

The Father did that?

"How is Earth still standing till now then"

"Well my lord, He didn't actually destroy it completely per say, He flooded it"

"Interesting, but the humans still live"

"Yes, he saved a chosen few and also saved two of every living creature."

"Hahahaha, the Father never ceases to amaze me"

The Father actually still loves the humans huh, this is interesting. I did swear to redeem myself and that, I must do through His beloved creations. But first

"How about the humans who died in darkness, where are their souls?"

"Lord, their souls are imprisoned in the infernal abyss Father created for us, our angels are torturing them as we speak"

I felt bad at her last sentence, just what did I become in all those years

"Ah, before I forget..."

Tsuriel then brings out what seemed to be a glowing crystal and handed it to me

"This is a large portion of your previous memories my lord"

I take the crystal from here and begin to hear whispers in my head as the crystal began glowing brighter

The light enveloped me and I felt a rush of information into my head

"I see, so that's how it is, Satan huh"

I look at my hand only to find the crystal had lost its shine and looked nothing more than a random rock

I crushed it to dust within my palm and began to speak

"Now Tsuriel, spread the word to every nook and cranny of this pathetic world. Tell every angel that fell in my name that their master, no, their god has been found. Tell them that Lucif...."

According to my memories, I changed my name, I might as well use it again

"Tell them that Satan has arrived"
