Both notifications appeared after Nicola reached level 15, but he waited a while to accept them or not. His research pointed out that the Alchemist profession really needed to absorb the Herbalist to become complete, with that he would have another profession at the expert level. 


As for the fusion of four different skills he was unable to find any information about it, in the end he chose to accept both notifications and see what kind of profession it would become.
