Every December, the season of Yule visited the rustic town of Hollydale, bringing Snow and Festivity. Merry O’Bell, a young damsel growing in Charity’s orphanage has had a rare gift that grants her to gaze into a few moments of a person’s past upon locking eyes. Betrothed to be married to Jude D.C. Lockwood, a young man from Frostshire, Merry is faced with the pleasant news of his arrival to Hollydale for a formal courtship, a fortnight before Christmas. As her gift begins to don the guise of a curse, will Merry unravel the mystery of her own past and break free from the shackles of her talent, as they advance towards the Heart of Winter?
