As for the Larouve clan, a lonely countess named Alwen Cris Larouve isolated her from the noises of the city and secluded herself from nature. But, the same old routine has to come to its end as Camila Montez turned the silence of the night into a restless one.

But it wasn't the best time to be a flirt with my beloved mate, Camila since I have to keep on guard to my surroundings especially when there's a human at stake and a changing newborn inside my mansion.

"Are you going to sleep, Cris?" Camila wondered as she went closer to my desk since I went back on my job.

"Yeah. You?" I answered while I typed some notes to the update reports over my computer regarding orders from my farm.

"Hmm, I would like to sleep beside you but do you need my company?" Camila answered as she wondered if I need someone to stay awake for me.

"So thoughtful of you, Mila but it's up to you if you want to stay awake for my sake." I smiled but I didn't look back to check her reaction since I don't need to. I could sense that she's feeling warm to what I just told her.
