4. Choosing

" HEY AME! COME HERE!"

Was the first thing I heard after entering the cafeteria. After keeping my mouth shut for about an hour. It's time for using it. Using it in eating. And let me get myself clear. I love eating and not sharinggggg.

I scanned the cafeteria and was met with very enthusiastic Bradley waving his hand so fastly like it will discard any second. I smiled and wave backed. A small wave. And walked toward there table.

We started talking. So let me correct myself here. They all started talking while I was eating like I was starved for a year. And then like again a cliche scene. The Cafe door bust open revealing the grey eyed devil. He walked like he owned the place. Rose one of Bradley friend started talking after seeing my reaction " ohh don't worry. He is Xander knight. He indeed is very mysterious. I heard his father left him. So after that he had became cold towards everyone. He even drink and smoke. And is involved in every fight. And some very like very danger anger issues....

She kept on going but my eyes was on the grey eyed devil

So his name was XANDER truely suits his personality and his eyes

I too agree he is veryyyyyy mysterious

His father left him. I can't even imagine it.

Indeed he is cold. I just experienced it like an hour before

I saw him smoking but not drinking.

I don't think he will fight though

Anger issues. Even I have anger issues. I broke a mug when I was angry. Like 5  years ago. And I think I didn't broke it. It may be slipped of my hand.

So basically I don't have anger issues.

My Rambling inside my brain was stopped. When I heard someone say "Hey cold xander. How is your mommy. Can you ask her to marry me. Then I can be your daddy. And I will leave you just like your dad did....

He was unable to finish his sentence. A fists of punches were thrown on him by xander. Ofcourse he knew what was going to happen. It like showing a red cloth already to a mad bull. I could not even the pain the guy was going through.

What about the pain Xander must have gone????

My mind said. This fight was stopped when the principal himself came and backed them away. Xander through last glance and said " Don't you dare say something about me and my mother " he didn't mentioned father. So it really means he hate his father.

He very angrily made his way out of the Cafe.

I don't know why but I followed him. It was easy to see where he was going. As the path had droplet of blood. I quickly ran screaming " stop pls stop" and he turned around. I can still see the anger in his eyes. He looked at me. And I was like a cat in headlights. I timidly said " your hand it's bleeding " and just as like always he was expressionless and said " I know ". I was like what the hell "  I said your hand was bleeding cause so that I can treat it. So give me your hand". He just started at me. So I tried to copy my mother's move. I placed my hand on my hips and again tried with much boldless " Give. Me.Your.Hand" he again just stared at me. So this move was of no use. So I made the look that no today I mean no body could do it. Even my dad will agree if I made it. So I made my best puppy doggy eyes and said " pleaseeeeeee". He looked at me for a minute and then sighed and muttered a quick 'okay'. I squealed in happiness. And made him sit on a nearby bench. And quickly took the small first aid kit from my bag that I always carry. He looked at the kit with amusement I understood what he was thinking " I know, I know you would be thinking that why I carry them. So I carry them for myself but never got a chance to use them". I examined his hand. And his knuckles were almost broken. And blood was dried. I quickly cleaned them. And he was not the one who hissed everytime I clean that. It was me. I can't understand why he didn't even hissed our felt any pain.

Maybe this pain was not compared to the pain he got through???

I cleaned it and looked towards him. And he was already starting at me. Which made me blush. I quickly got up " it's done, just clean it again after sometime" he nodded and went. Not even a thank you. Not even a smile. That got my anger. I expected way to much from him.

Boiling with anger I made my way towards the next class. And I was late. I entered the class and the teacher was already there. " Ms Carter you are new so I'm excusing you. So I have already said about the project. And it is in groups. So I think Mr Simpson don't have a partner. Would you like to be his partner?" I looked towards Bradley. And he was looking at me with hope. Like he was pleading me to be his partner. And then the door brust open and Xander came. " Oh Mr knight you came " but Xander didn't even spared him a glance. And was looking at me. The teacher again interrupted " so Ms Carter. You have to choose as to with whom you would like to work. Mr Simpson or Mr knight " and I swear I don't know the answer. When looked towards Xander. He was looking at me daringly like he know I would choose him. His ego was big as Jupiter.

I was literally sweating. After it felt like hours. I made my decision. And I swear this decision will change my life.

" I would like Bradley as my partner"
