Washington (Seattle area), 5038 March thirty first,
A small log cabin could be seen sitting between a few trees near the top of a hill. Inside of the house, a teenage girl sat on a chair next to a teenage boy who was in bed. The girl had a beautiful face with blue eyes and black hair, as well as a very 'feminine' body. The boy was large and bulky with brown hair and green eyes that couldn't be seen as he was unconscious and had his eyes shut.
This was Asami sitting next to Raijin who was currently still recovering from his battle with Liam. He had been asleep for five months and hadn't woken up once, which would have caused Asami to worry, if it weren't for the fact that golden sparks would show up on his wounds and heal them at Deadpool level speed every once in a while. So she just attributed his sleep to his body recovering from the multiple injuries that were inflicted upon him, any one of which would kill an average person.
During her time by herself, Asami built a log cabin as a house. She had never learnt carpentry or architecture so it took her a while to figure it out and even longer to cut down and move the logs for it, but with her strength and hamon ability, she was able make it work. She had also made multiple other things like beds, mattresses, tables and all the other stuff both Raijin and Daichi never bothered to make as they didn't care about it. Raijin spent more time and effort making his violin then he did that caveman tent.
"You look fine now Raijin, why do you have to keep sleeping? You cant leave me alone like this for so long, not after losing grandpa." She said softly with tears in her eyes. Although that may sound selfish, she is a sixteen year old girl who had just lost her grandfather and now her only other family was unconscious and had been so for five months, and she couldn't even talk to anyone else since only her, Raijin and Liam were awake right now (we wont count zombies), being a little selfish after all of that seems justified.
Her voice seemed to wake him up, as after she finished he started to move. She didn't see that though as she had her eyes closed as she tried not to cry. However she failed and started to cry again, as she had done everyday since that fight with Liam. She bent over and put her hands on her face as she cried silently.
After a few seconds Raijin gave her a tissue he found on the table next to him, and put his arm around her to comfort her. She leaned onto his chest and quietly said, "Thank you"
Then her expression went stiff and her eyes widened, she looked up only to see Raijin looking at her curiously.
"What?" Raijin asked, then they stared at each other for a few seconds.
"Your awake?" She asked him uncertainly, as if it was a dream. The she realized she was still leaning on him and her faced turned red. She looked back at him again with a scared expression. Raijin had no idea what was happening but he knew she was in pain so he just hugged her.
She liked it, but she didn't want him to know that and tried to squirm free, but failed due to the huge difference in strength and body size. Eventually she just gave in and hugged him back.
"What happened? Why are you crying?" He asked again trying to find out what was going on.
"You're finally awake! I cant believe it!" She then made a angry face and punched him in the chest, "Why did you take so long? You had hamon didn't you? So why did it take you so long to heal yourself? Your an idiot!" She then started to cry again, forgetting her tsundere side.
Raijin just sat their trying to decipher what she was talking about. 'I guess I was unconscious for a while after the fight. I get why she is sad, she had to watch grandfather die and I wasn't even there to comfort her. Damn it Raijin! You worthless fuck! Why didn't you heal faster? Now she might be scarred for a long time because of your weakness.' Raijin thought as he reprimanded himself mentally.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sleep for so long. Are you okay?"
Asami looked into his eyes, "You were asleep for five months, how long did you intend to sleep for?" She angrily as she went through multiple mood swings.
Raijin's eyes widened, "Five months! I was asleep for five months! Why the hell didn't I wake up?" he said the last line questioningly as he looked down and started to think.
'Maybe it is because of my hamon? No, when Jonathan was injured after fighting DIO he was still able to wake up after a day or so, and it only took a few weeks to heal. So why did it take me so long, my injuries were a lot worse then his, but not to the point where it should take almost ten times as long to heal, and I am stronger then him in hamon so it should have been faster.
Maybe its because I removed my limiter? That could be it. Like my body needed more time then normal to heal because it was adapting to the injuries as well. Only one way to find out.' He then stood up and picked up Asami. She didn't like that and tried to break free and told him to put her down, but he ignored her.
"What are you doing Raijin? Put me down! Are you trying to do something to me?" She askes as lewd thoughts run through her head. Raijin just looks at her funny, confused by her question. Before anyone says he is dense, he views her as his sister and as such wouldn't even consider thoughts like that. Also he only has experience on dating sims so he doesn't know how to interpret anything that real people would say.
When they got outside, Raijin realized he was in a different place and looked around confused. Asami had stopped struggling and was just staring at him now, until she got frustrated that he was ignoring her and decided to pinch him.
He didn't say anything and continued to ignore her, not because he was being a jerk, but because he didn't feel it. Pain is meant to be a way for the body to tell the brain that it is in danger, and it didn't view her strength as dangerous so it didn't tell him. His body had gained its own intelligence in order to help it overcome a fight like the one with Liam more efficiently, but not that much so it wouldn't be able to communicate with him.
This was an effect of him removing the limitation on his body. So now all limits that were previously on his body due to being human have been removed, including the ones that effected evolution, growth, mutation, and the bodies ability to adapt. The human body could have done this to, however didn't do to the limits of evolution, however since Raijin removed that, his body is able to adapt in a much more efficient and much more creative way.
(Although yes this is similar to a zenkai boost, it is not nearly as dramatic in the increases and the changes effect his entire body instead of just his strength, speed, and endurance.)
While removing his limiter had similar effects to when Saitama did it at first, Saitama only removed the limiter on his physical growth while Raijin removed all the human limitations on him. So while he does train slower then Saitama does due to plot reasons, he has far more potential then him, he could even theoretically surpass Kars on the evolutionary food chain.
His body had changed itself so much during the five month healing process that he couldn't really be considered a human anymore. He was something more powerful now, like a pillar man or a vampire, but not nearly as strong.
The second Raijin focused on his body, he realized that a lot of changes occurred, but he didn't know what all of them did. For one, he noticed that his entire circulatory system had been rearranged with his lungs and heart getting a lot thicker and stronger and a new layer of super dense bone covering them on all sides. He could also feel that all the bones in his body changed slightly and got stronger.
(This will not make him overpowered, well, compared to normal humans he is basically god now, however compared to pillar men and the stronger stands he is still extremely weak. So don't worry about there not being anyone to challenge him. I only did this because I got tired of him being a boring human and didn't want to make him a vampire.)
Other then that his muscles felt slightly smaller and more flexible, but much denser. His skin also became stronger and more tough along with his digestive system changing shape and size, like his stomach being smaller now. But the most drastic change would be in his nervous system, which completely rewired itself.
He could feel billions of new nerves throughout his body now, and they were a lot smaller and covered in some sort of armor. A lot of them were concentrated in his chest, feet and hands with the rest being distributed evenly. He could now tell almost everything that was happening inside his body, not really like wuxia cultivator that somehow has the ability to feel their own cells, it was at a more realistic level with him being slightly aware of the organs in his body.
(For those unaware, it goes, cell-tissue-organ-organ system-organism, we are at most capable of feeling the organ systems in our body but not really being able to focus on a single organ, unless someone was born with some type of super sense in their nerves.)
'I guess I understand why it took so long to heal now, rewiring my nerves and changing most of the structures in my body must have taken a long time. It looks like my body recognized my hamon ability and put a higher importance on my heart and lungs as they now have a lot more protection.' He thought and turned back to Asami who was sleeping in his arms. She got tired of waiting for him to acknowledge her again and couldn't move, so she just decided to go to sleep.
He just smiled and started to rub her head. It took him about thirty minutes to asses his bodies changes so the sun had set by then and he decided to bring Asami back inside and sleep for the night, satisfied with his new body.

Somewhere in Japan, April first 5038,
The statue of a young teenager with exotic hair could be seen half buried under a bunch of plants. He had a very moderately muscular chest and body when compared to Raijin, but a lightly toned body when compared to normal people.
Then, out of nowhere the sound of water dripping could be heard, and then,
CRACK
Slowly cracks started to appear on the statue, followed by grey smoke. Then the stone on the statues eyes fell off, soon followed by most of its face.
The teenager that was reveled just sat there for a moment just thinking about something, then he sat up and looked at the stone covering his body. He was acting strange for someone that had just woken up from thousands of years of being stone, because the next thing he did was surround the area he was laying in with rocks. He then picked up a piece of stone and stared at it very intently and seriously for moment.
He was interrupted though by some monkeys, who, after taking one look at him ran away immediately, probably scared of his weirdly furless body.
"Am I the first one they've seen?" Were the first words that left his mouth upon waking up.
He then proceeded to make a primitive leaf loin cloth and wear it. He looked around at the other statues around him and said,
"It doesn't look like civilization survived. Which means I'm the first shiny monkey to be born on this planet." He smiled, "Hehehe, This is exhilarating."
He walked over to a tree on a nearby cliff and looked out as he thought, 'Its been 112,354,893,870 seconds since I was petrified.'
He then turned and wrote on the tree 'April first, 5038'
