Hamon is does many things. It is fueled by ones life force at the same time as it strengthens it. It attracts and repels with magnetic like force. And it naturally produces light on the ultra violet wavelength. When the body is forced to adapt to said UV rays, it becomes many times stronger. Raijin is currently in the process of learning to change the wavelength and adapt his body to other versions of the hamon.
He thinks that this will not only increase his bodies strength ten fold once he adapts it to X rays, he also thinks that he will be able to reach an entirely new level of control over it. Right now the easiest wavelength to train that will have an actual effect on him is microwaves and infrared.
Infrared will train his internal body (Bones, muscles, digestive system, circulatory system) to resist heat and endure it while microwaves will train his external body (Skin, nervous system, sensory organs) to do so. If he can achieve this, then he will start the to adapt himself to radio waves, the longest wavelength. Once he has done that, his body will be adapted to resist all the medium to long wavelengths, so all that leaves are the short ones. Namely, X rays, Gamma rays, and Cosmic rays.
Another thing he wants to try, is to exploit his evolutionary zenkai by teaching his eyes to see the other wavelengths. If he can do this he wont ever have to worry about an invisible enemy, unless they cancel all wavelengths instead of just visible light. The chances of that are low though.
So, Raijin's current training schedule is like this. He uses the Uberman sleeping cycle, hamon infused Wim Hof breathing technique, a longer rep Saitama workout, and his hamon training. The hamon training will consist of changing his hamon to different wavelengths and forcing his body to adapt to it, and an extreme control exercise, in which he will throw a small grain of sand into the air (He got it from a beach) and he had to catch it by hardening the air. But he has to do this exercise using a different wavelength hamon.
Just because he changed the type of rays it produced, doesn't mean that the other aspects of hamon have been altered. Even if it becomes X rays or something else, it still maintains its healing effect and magnetic like ability.
"Okay bear, now that we will be living and working together for, probably the next few months, I need to name you. Lets see... Oh! That would be perfect!" Raijin then found some leather that Asami had been drying for a while, sat down on the floor and started to make something.
It took a few hours, but he was able to succeed. He infused it with hamon so that the mind control technique would last longer, and gave it to the bear. The bear had been watching him curiously for a while as it tried to learn English. When he suddenly made the bear put it on, the bear didnt like it.
However it didnt have a choice because Raijin ordered it. What Raijin spent so long making was a top hat and a small bowtie. You should know where this is going.
"Okay bear, your new name is now Freddy. F-R-E-D-D-Y, okay? Keep these on at all times and don't take them off. Ill finish the microphone some other time, but Ill have to teach you how to sing first. Before any of that though, I need to mutate you. So, lets get started." Raijin told Freddy the bear and he nodded.
He did this not because its funny, but because its fitting. h loved music and had a pet bear, so naturally the bear had to like music to. Also, he could teach the bear how to jump scare and ward off any enemies that he is to lazy to handle.
"Alright, first we need to do the physical exercise and Wim Hof method. I wonder if a bear can even do that? Oh well, guess we will find out." He then started to teach the bear how to breath using the Wim Hof method and how to do pushups, sit-ups, squats, and running on its legs for long periods of time. At first it couldn't do the breathing technique, however the parasyte in its chest was able to mimic it after clearly seeing the steps Raijin took.
After they started their training, Raijin split his mind in two while he focused on doing pushups and trying to make music with his hamon. He discovered that his hamon was creating tiny shockwaves and vibrating the air in such a way that it produced sound waves similar to instruments. He tried to mimic this consciously, however it was difficult. He found that even when he could do it, it sounded terrible, like an auditory illusions.
He found that he needed to utilize his unique brain region in order for it to sound good. This meant he had to run a large amount of hamon through a specific part of his brain in order for it to work properly. This wouldn't be to hard normally, however he was trying to do it using a hamon that is more pure to make it sound better. He wanted to make hamon that was only UV rays like Kars's instead of producing visible light as well.
The thing about Kars's hamon is that it was not only both uniquely powerful, but also pure ultra violet rays. The reason his hamon aura appeared to be a clear rainbow color was that it was mostly UV rays, which meant it was invisible to human eyes. The rainbow part was the UV changing to visible light, but it was doing it much more slowly and chaotically then normal hamon.
If he could obtain hamon with that purity before trying other wavelengths, then his body would become fully immune to UV rays, so if he faces a perfect being that doesn't know about the trick to changing his hamon, then although it would likely still kill him immediately if he was hit with it, he would have a much higher resistance. If he also reaches the same power of it, he could have Kars level hamon and a body capable of shrugging it off. He could even go beyond.
But he didnt believe that he could reach this instantly. He estimates that it would be at least two to three years before he even comes close to it. He didnt think his body would be able to adapt to gamma and cosmic rays in a few months like the others. He estimated that X rays would take about a months, however Gamma rays would take about seven to eight. That's not counting him needing to adapt to all the others, so about two years just for all of those. Lets not even get into Cosmic rays.
A cosmic ray is basically the fastest wavelength known to man and probably the most dangerous. A single particle could probably kill a normal human, let alone him trying to adapt his body to it, he would be lucky to even survive it. So he isn't going to even try that yet.
He knows that if he can master all the wavelengths then he might be able to make his own, after all, a humans (or intelligent beings) best tool is their ability to exploit natural events for their own use. If we can use various minerals to fly through space against the natural law that states that we should die because of that, then he thinks it should be possible to exploit hamon if he understands it enough.
The time it takes to adapt is already huge, so although he can estimate the time it would take to learn and gain the control to mutate things at will, he doubts that he can master everything.
"Okay Freddy, we need to start hamon training now." Raijin said as he reached into his pocket and grabbed two grains of sand. Yes, he was keeping sand in his pocket.
He looked at Freddy, who was panting and looking back at him in anger. He obviously didnt like training at all.
He threw a single grain of sand to him, which Freddy easily caught with his large claw. Raijin then showed him how to do the exercise, which was more difficult for Freddy to do because of his large hands. He couldn't just catch it, he had to move hamon through the air in order to catch it. He had trouble focusing his hamon into small points.
Raijin walked over to him and started to help him until he got it right. It took a while, but Freddy eventually got it and was able to preform the exercise, but it wasn't easy. Although he is a collection of parasytes and doesn't really like Raijin that much, Freddy is starting to subconsciously see Raijin as his master. This isn't because of Raijin though, this is because of his strength and worth in the bears eyes. Raijin was able to do a lot of things with hamon and was easily the second most powerful being on the planet at the moment.
Freddy could tell that having Raijin's protection would be extremely beneficial to him and he could even learn to survive easier with him. Parasytes always think with logic, and Freddy could easily comprehend that it would be the most logical move to stay with Raijin.
"Okay Freddy, now do that exercise one thousand times in the next hour alright. We need to get this done fast so that we can start the sleeping cycle." Raijin told Freddy happily.
Freddy responded with a glare and thoughts along the lines of, 'Maybe I don't want to stay with this man as much as I thought.' To bad for him though, as he didnt have much of a choice, and would only have true free will once Raijin learned how to mutate him.
Raijin was prepared to make both himself and his new bear pet strong. He figured that it would be best to have a lot of allies on his side, and a giant, multi parasyte, hamon master bear would be a good addition to that list. He also needed a friend that didnt nag him for looking at a rock person, the threaten to kill said rock person. If he could get the mutation to work, then he might even be able to give the bear emotions.
"Alright Freddy, we need to train our hardest. Then I get a friend and you get to feel emotions and have free will again. I think its a win-win." Raijin said and they started their training again.

When stands come around should Freddy have five weak stands since he is four parasytes and a bear all in one, or should he have one that is extremely powerful and a mixture between multiple? I cant decide so you do it. Thanks for reading.
