Flashback

After Raijin left her at the camp, Asami was pretty pissed. She just couldn't figure out why he didnt trust her. All she did was break a few statues and now he had kept watching her like a hawk. She couldn't describe how annoying it was to have someone constantly watching her every move and thinking she was going to betray him. She also had no idea what a hypocrite was.

She decided to start working on the camp a little more. She knew that they were still traveling, so she couldn't make anything permanent. She decided to simply make the sleeping bags more comfortable. Raijin rarely used them and preferred to sleep on the ground, but she still did so she worked on them more for herself.

'Why does he hate ma so much? Didnt he say he loved me? He even kissed me, but he hasn't done anything since then, he even started to avoid me.' She thought and felt disappointed. She didnt realize that Raijin only did that because he needed her to not kill herself. He didnt actually have any romantic feelings for her.

"Okay then, maybe he just doesn't know what to do next and is to awkward to ask! I should make the first move then right? But what should I do? Should I kiss him again, or maybe strip naked and wait for him here at camp? Lets think about it a little more." She concluded.

She looked over at a nearby statue women. She was tempted to break it immediately, but then realized it would make a perfect test subject. She had been trying to use hamon in a different way the Raijin. She hadn't been training it as much as Raijin had, so he had surpassed her in both quality and quantity by now. He had even surpassed her level of control over it. So she wanted to try enhancing her mushin abilities with it.

However she didnt know if she could do it properly, so she needed a test subject to try it out on. She grabbed some grapes and walked over to the statue. She had picked the grapes from western Washington when they had traveled through it. She liked the taste and decided to take them.

When she reached the statues she started her experiment. She was going to first try using hamon to charge the statues cells with power, making them more durable. She couldn't do individual cells, so she had to do the entire statue. She started to charge it, expecting nothing to happen. After a few moments of nothing, she continued to charge it, but ate a bite of the grapes.

She didnt know that they had grown old and started to ferment because of how long it had been since she ate them. She had forgotten about them until now and just found them in her backpack. She had stupidly forgot to check if they were still good. As soon as they touched her mouth, her face scrunched up and spat them out all over the statue women's face.

Normally this wouldn't have done anything, however she was sending so much hamon into the statue that it was having the opposite effect of what she wanted and overcharging everything with energy. To make alcohol with grapes one would need yeast to do its job and make ethanol and carbon dioxide inside of it, however the overcharging hamon worked just as well at doing it.

Alchahole by itself wouldn't do anything to a statue, but if you looked to the sky, you could see the glowing golden hand of fate once again. It was way up in the ozone layer, giving off an aura of being excited about something. It started to wave around, and a small amount of nitric oxide appeared. It then started to mix with the water that was evaporated in the atmosphere and with a little more help from the hand, created a single drop of nitric acid.

The drop fell to the earth at high speed, and when it finally reached the planets surface, it fell gently on the head of the statue girl. It slowly slid down her head and intersected with the alcohol. Again, normally this wouldn't have any effect on the statue as the mix to make nital was very specific, however, Asami's hamon had also had a mixing effect on the two chemicals because of the attracting and repelling effects of hamon becoming so chaotic that they created a tornado of sorts.

With plot armor using its maximum effort, the two chemicals happened to mix at the exactly right ratio, at the exactly right time, on the women's face. Creating a single drop of nital seep into the statue.

CRACK

The statue started to make cracking noises, which scared the hell out of Asami as she jumped backward. Cracks slowly spread all over the women's statue, and eventually started to fall off.

Unfortunately, the women's skin was completely pitch black from being burnt. Asami had just blasted her with enough UV rays to tan a hundred pale skinned Otakus to look like beach goers. So the lady died from her skin being cooked. It was so bad that not even the Nano bots could fix it.

She fell over and slumped on the ground. Asami just stared at her, completely shocked. 'How had she come back from being a statue? Did my hamon do it? Can I bring people back?' Asami thought to herself confused.

What she failed to notice was a small green worm like creature on the ear of the women. It had somehow adapted its body instantly to the UV rays, so it wasn't harmed or killed. However it didnt know what to do as its potential host had just died. It also didnt realize how it had been turned to stone for so long, but it didnt need to.

It looked around panicked to find a host, and happened to spot a human right in front of it. The human girl had yet to notice it, so it hurriedly dived at her.

Asami didnt see it until it was right in front of her face and even with her mushin ability, she couldn't dodge it. She also happened to be afraid of worms, so she panicked and forgot she could just kill it with a slap. It landed on the left side of her face and immediately went for her ear. She screamed at the top of her lungs, but she had went out of Raijin's hearing range, so he didnt know what was happening.

It climbed inside her ear, and just before it matured, it latched onto her brain. It matured right at that moment, causing Asami to pass out on the spot.

A few hours later, she slowly woke up. But instead of Asami, there was a derpy expression on her face. She looked as if she didnt know what was happening at all, as if the planet itself was foreign to her. She looked around a for a moment and sniffed. She smelled a cooked steak like smell and looked next to her. She could see the charred corpse of the women she had killed earlier.

She smiled creepily, like an animal, and a lowered her face down to it. Her face the split down the middle and opened, revealing over a hundred teeth and a massive tongue. The tongue grabbed the women's head, and pulled it toward the mouth. Asami then clamped down on her head, completely severing it from her body, and spraying blood everywhere.

The mouth seemed to swallow it in one bite, before going for seconds. If opened again and the tongue grabbed another part of her body, this time her arm, and pulled it toward her. She ate it once again, and continued. Eventually there was no body left.

The mouth closed and revealed Asami's face again. She seemed to have become smarter and not so alienated from the world after eating the women. However, she still looked unsatisfied. She closed her eyes and sniffed around for a moment. She found nothing however, and decided to use her other senses. She opened her eyes again and looked at a statue person in the distance.

She rushed toward it at high speed, creating a small crack on the ground where she took off. She ran as fast as possible and when she reached it, she opened her mouth to reveal the tongue and teeth once again. She clamped down on it and bit the head off.

She swallowed it and and closed her mouth before looking back at the now headless statue man. She had thought she succeeded, but realized she was terribly wrong. Moments after eating the head, her body started to convulse violently. She then hurriedly opened the mouth again and spit the head back out. She looked back at it with a little surprise, a little confusion, and a little disgust.

She didnt know why she couldn't eat the statue, but she new she didnt want to try again. So she closed her eyes and decided to try hunting again, for someone else. This time she heard the sound of someone yelling far off in the distance. She smiled and immediately rushed in that direction.

It took her about a minute to traverse three miles of forest and hills, but eventually she reached her target. Which turned out to be a very powerful looking human talking to one of her kind. No, multiple of her kind. Four of those of her species seemed to have fused with a bear. She crouched down and looked at Raijin, who was currently yelling at Freddy for not waking him up in time.

He then said something and grinned evilly, to which the bear looked bac at him with miserable and pleading eyes. Asami couldn't tell why one of her kind was acting like this when they could probably easily kill the human, however she stopped caring and simply decided to attack.

She lunged forward, but to her surprise, the human jumped into the air before she could reach him, she didnt even know how he had sense her before then. Raijin landed behind he and looked at her in disbelief.

What she definitely didnt expect to happen, was for those of her kind inside the bear to start roaring at her, It was telling her to leave and stop threatening his master, and she couldn't understand why. She decided to ignore it and continued to attack Raijin. He kept asking her something, but she had forgotten how to speak, so she didnt reply.

Eventually the bear attacked her as well. She saw that both the weirdly powerful human and the bear were to powerful to take on. She couldn't defeat them. But she didnt have a choice as most of the useful nutrients in the women's corpse had been burnt away. She had to eat, and Raijin was the only human in the area.

She suddenly halted, and asked herself without using words, how is this human so powerful? She could bring out the full potential of this already inhumanly powerful body, yet this man was stronger, faster, and more durable the her. She couldn't figure out how this was possible, until she sniffed again and used all her senses to analyze him. She found something that for some reason, she wasn't capable of believing, as if it was an instinct.

He wasn't entirely human.
