You...Actually Are Omniscient, Aren't You?

Nathan immediately clammed up. "Nothing. Forget I said anything. Can you let me go now? I only came out tonight because my brake light is out on one side and I want to fix it first thing in the morning so I don't get a ticket." 

Sierra had absolutely no intention of letting him go. First of all, he hadn't answered her original question. Then he had to go and raise even more questions about something entirely different!

"You didn't answer my first question either," she said in a hard voice. "What's your deal, Nathan? You said we were friends and that we should hang out again and then never contacted me and obviously avoided me." 

He squirmed uncomfortably and wouldn't meet her eyes, looking like he would rather be anywhere other than here. He took the mask off after looking around and realizing there were other people heading toward the parking lot, stuffing it in his pocket before answering.
