Tommorow morning both of them reached boss' office at time and began waiting for him to call them inside .May told about their arrival to boss who quickly invited them inside.

Boss ' s office was similar to his own style pure textbook type.One can never find mistakes in their conduct and design.He gestureed them to sit down.

"Ok how far are both of you from reaching sacral chakra level.You both should have gained something from that battle."

"I am at peak of my root level and can break open next chakra point at any time"replied Sauren

"I am at late stage root level but I can break through any time I want" answered Zeph.

Generally it is advised to fully fill chakra at its peak level before opening next Chakra point as it helps in full famillarity towards energy buildup for next Chakra ascension but it can also be opened before also.

"No need to do it now,mainly I invited you here for as to send you in the warrior competition held in Sokken city as representative of Mercenary corporation branch of Gephyr."

"Sokken?"

"Yes it is one of oldest city of nation Drake just as large as Gephyr if not larger.It is centre of various academies in the nation and they are holding warriors competition held every three years .

This type of students exchange programs were encouraged from start so as to maintain competitive nature in young warriors as well as academies,so rewards are also quite rich"

Listening to first half made Sauren unattentive but last line instantly brightened up his mood .

"Are they offering any techniques"asked Zeph.

Sauren was astonished,'this means he is in lack of techniques' thought Sauren.He himself had three techniques and one skill ,he got from his father so he didn't care about them because fully mastering them all will take him quite few years but if reward is technique then it is also okay as no one can complain that he has too many techniques and also he can help Zeph acquire some.

"Yes of course first position will get right to choose one skill and three techniques from academic repository,second position will get two techniques and third will get one technique,So are you going to participate?"

Zeph looked toward Sauren for his decision because he had decided to participate."yes we will participate"nodded Sauren as he gave thumbs up sign to Zeph .

"Good but I must warn you there may be very powerful warriors participating because incentive of academic library is too much to ignore.Also limit of competition is 24 years and one must be below Heart level chakra .This means peak Naval level will also be fighting ,You must be cautious. you can leave for Sokken today."

"What today ?so early no time to prepare"complained Sauren

Boss awkwardly laughed as rare embarrassed expression came over his face

"you see I forgot about this competition before that's why now there is no time to call back those navel level mercenary from their missions so you happen to be free and have strength so I thought about you"

Sauren was left speechless over boss 's honest answer.Atleast don't state your reason in front of us ,you have caused our morale to plummet down by saying us replacement.Zeph was not bothered by it as he stood up and began to walk through exit .

"Here take your identification certificate as representative of our branch"said boss as he handed paper to Sauren.

Outside hall building Zeph and Sauren was watching pedestrian walking through streets

"what?why are we standing here?"Sauren expressed his doubt .

"I am standing here, waiting, not we"

"Waiting for who?"

"For you idiot go and pack your bag we will leave at this time "

"Hey we are leaving now!why didn't you tell me.Ah yes you don't have luggage ,'The Legendary traveler'"mocked Sauren under his breath as he dashed towards his inn room.

At late morning,two persons could be seen travelling through mountainous path leisurely.One of them was had green eyes spiky black hair with handsome face while other was with long black hair and brown eyes with above average face.They were chatting with each other casually while observing scenery of surroundings as Sokken city was situated on other side of mountain on plane area.

"Hey how many techniques you have?"

"I have only learned one technique"

"What only one! why did your teacher didn't have more techniques ?"

"No I'm sure my grandfather have plenty of techniques but he taught me only one as he said I am too weak to learn other ones" replied Zeph lamentingly.

'weird family' thought sauren because travelling outside without technique death seems to pretty certain so families tries to equip their children with as many techniques and skills as possible.This was his first time hearing of such family maybe they have given him some powerful skill.

"So how many skills ? " asked Sauren casually

"No skills"Zeph shaked his head .

"Fu*k ,how are you alive after fighting that mantis? "

Zeph just shrugged his shoulders."what is meant by Fu*k?"

Sauren's face soon turned white .Now what was he supposed to say .In many ways this world is similar to earth but literally the most awesome word in whole earth is not used here .

'I wonder how those protagonist of novels never slipped up during their talks'.He swallowed hard and said in most casual manner he can say,"it is curse word I invented,Haha quite good to say right ,it relieves tension and in instant you feel your mind relaxed"

Zeph nodded.Actually he was just making casual conversation because whenever he seemed to be surprised he usually say this word.

"when is start of competition?"

"I read the official identification certificate,it is five days after with our present speed we can reach their in two and half days"

"ok nice ,it feels good to travel leisurely."

"what is your goal for competition?"

"I'm aiming for third position,to learn one technique fully it requires quite bit effort"

"No way atleast you should have three or more techniques,what if particular skill turns out to be weak"

Zeph was instantly reminded of his Grandfather's words he smiled and said,"No Skill is weak only user is weak"this is my grandfather used to say.

If his Grandfather's respect in Sauren's heart was high due to one technique incident then this time it reached to skies ,what a powerful saying he thought.

If only Makon could know ,what a cool image of him his grandson is portraying in front of others ,he would have cried of proud.Thats why he chose to posture in front of Zeph as he in reality only has one technique and this saying was his own grandfather's so technically he was getting respect on base of his superior posturing.

As they were passing through snake like mountainous path they soon heard voice s of people coming their way.They both looked toward other end of road to find path blocked with big mountain rocks .

"Hey brats hand over your money or you can forget about passing through this way"
