Chapter twenty nine

The whole facility was looking busier than it did on normal days, as parents, family members, came and went.

Adrian had followed his parents to the parking lot, his little brother's handheld tightly in his palms.

He gave his brother one more hug and stood back as he went into the back of his parent's black high Lander.

His brother's face was plastered to the window while he waves frantically as his father drove off the parking lot.

Adrian returned his heated waves with one of his own.

Tears gathered in his eyes as he watched the black vehicle drive out of sight.

He turned and walked back inside his expression gloomy.

He wished he was driving off with his family.

As much as he has come to appreciate what this place is doing for him he is hungry to go home.

The feeling of nostalgia gripped him and he wished to be alone.

He knew going back to his room was out of the question, so he changed direction towards the library.
