Jugdiel watched as the two women walked away in different directions. He couldn't help but envy them. He was envious at how easy it was for them to unburden themselves to each other, and he could see the lightness and peace that taking such action brought the two women.

Is true that a problem shared is a problem half solved, but that was something he can't afford to do, not if he still wants to be part of his city.

Ine there is no one he considers close to share his thoughts with, especially his confusion about what he was feeling about the demon who is never out of his mind no matter how much he wishes otherwise.
