The Order

The sun had only just risen over the land of Trinity as Aurelia snapped her eyes open, releasing an unladylike yawn that stirred Ella's eyes open.

"I'm hungry."

"Me-too," Said Ella faintly, falling back asleep.

Rising off the crimson settee, Aurelia looked around Zariels dorm, and her eyes gradually fell upon the fresh breakfast of eggs, sausage, bread, and waffles. She listened to the sounds of something frying on the stove, and the young minx's ears puckered, and her feet nimbly moved like a cat in the night.

She stepped towards the table, noticing a passed-out Sionn cradling a bottle; she picked up on the heavy, rich stench of liquor on his breath. Her nose wiggled a bit as she smoothly stepped over his still body.

"Sorry, bro," she'd said beneath her breath, so soft no one but her could hear.

Picking up the plate with two hands without a sound, Aurelia's lips pursed as she glanced at the kitchen where she knew Zariel resided. She could feel the stove's heat, the sizzling of something sweet on the pot, and her stomach bubbled.

"Good job, Dumb-Dumb." She said and, without a sound, bolted out the open balcony that was left open when Aldrich appeared. She glanced down and, without hesitation, leaped down about three stories and landed without a sound.

"HEHE! Victory!" She exclaimed and bolted away at full speed.

Eating away the freshly made bread that Zariel had taken three hours to prepare and cook, tears streamed from her eyes as she tasted the warm buttery flavor that melted away. Breaking the yolk of the egg with a piece of bread that she had torn apart, a river of golden yolk flowed.

"Dear God, how can this taste so good?" She muttered, wiping away the tears as she bit down on the soaked bread carrying a golden hue. She trembled as a savory, rich sensation danced like a river down her spine. "I've got to marry dumb-dumb. This is too good."

"My little sister said the same thing, my elder brother too." A cold voice said, causing the young minx's heart to clench. Fear danced along her spine as she met the silver eyes of the devil, glaring with a fit of rich fuming anger.

"Ummm,' She started, and before anyone could do anything, her mouth opened wide as she gobbled down everything on the plate.

"SON OF A BITCH!!!!! THREE FUCKING HOURS!!!!" Zariel howled as his sword transformed into Severance. He flashed, but Aurelia was quick; as Morningstar materialized in her palm, meeting his blade, a massive crater appeared.

BOOOOOOOOOOOM!

Dust and debris flared over this grand morning like an erupting volcano. As Aurelia pushed out all her Arcana, as she continued to chew, she stared at Zariel with large beady eyes.

"I…I… I can explain," Aurelia said, swallowing everything with an innocent gaze.

"No need, I'm just going to cut you open to get back my food."

"But—"

"No." He said, with a dreadfully arch smile; he lept away, making a bit of distance. "No buts."

Aurelia's brow scrunched as she licked the sliver of yolk over her lips, "I'll die happy dumb-dumb! You can bully me all you want, but Aurelia has won! You've lost! A-u-r-e-l-i-a! A-u-r-e-l-i-a! A-u-r-e-l-i-a!!"

"Halt! HALT! Duke Blackwater, stand down!" Campus security shouted, rushing out, one by one, due to the intense shockwave from the two clashing.

Listening to Aurelia cheer her name, a thick vein appeared over Zariels handsome expression. Disbelief sprinkled its way down his spine, "Oh yeah, I'm going to enjoy ramming my foot so far up your ass; the Hells are going to scream your name!"

"Bring it, Dumb-Dumb!" Aurelia fearlessly shouted, glaring furiously, "You should have made a meal for two instead of one! You know I wake up at dawn! It's your fault!"

"Are you two serious?" The Red Priest, whose expression seemed a bit pale, shouted in a dumfounded manner as he appeared. "What is wrong with you two? Look at the damage you caused," he said, pointing to the large crater Aurelia and Zariel were within.

"Hey, it's not my fault! He's the one who can't use his words," The Little minx pointed out, nimbly leaping out of the crater and away from Zariel.

"I will have to agree; these two are ridiculous," a charming voice carrying an odd accent said.

Startled by it, Zariel turned to a young man with wolf-like eyes that gleamed ice blue, covered in a cloak of a white wolf and a greatsword hooked to his back beneath his cloak; he smiled.

"How've you been, Blackwater.

"Your?"

"Vancurro, "He said, leaping down into the crater, "And I agree with aurelia. You should have also made me some breakfast. I'm starving."

"A friend?" The Red Priest said, scrunching his brow. "How odd; when did you get here?"

"The same time you left the Badlands," Vancurro answered, sending a wave of shock down the Red Priest's heart. Almost losing composure, the priest showed a weak smile and nodded. "Well then, you wouldn't mind cleaning up this mess, would you?"

"The hell is with that ridiculously large sword on your back? You're a dual wielder. "Zariel mentioned rolling his eyes.

"I just escaped the family's watchful eye; you know how my dad gets.' Van said, shaking his head, "I needed a disguise."

"Is that why you're wearing a wolf? Ain't that one of your fellow cousins or some shit?" Zariel said, knowing that despite his human appearance, he was far from what he appeared.

"Racist dick, but you not wrong. But what's done is done. Let's talk." He said, turning to Aurelia and beckoning her close, "you too. This shit involves you too."

"I'll go, but Dumb-Dumb needs to make breakfast!"

"YOU JUST ATE!!!"

"This bastard was definitely going to make more breakfast. I don't work for free." Vancurro remarked, hooking his arm around the Silver Devils' neck.

"You know you are not safe either, right? I will nut shot your bitch ass."

Taking a few steps back in a cold sweat, Vancurro wryly chuckled, "You got issues. I swear I don't know how you and your brother are alive with that bull shit."

'C'mon, I'll show you to my dorm. When are the others getting here?" Zariel inquired, walking off as Vancurro and Aurelia followed.

"Cool, destroy everything and leave!" The Red Priest shouted and sighed as they left his sight, "I'm not cleaning this up." he said and vanished.
