a teen once more

"Whats up kiddo?" Abby asked as she walked into the kitchen.

"I'm trying to make an egg" Alex said holding the egg over a bowl and a fork in the other hand.

"I'll have my egg not burnt please! " Abby replied. Alexis laughed and lightly hit the egg. It didn't crack.

"You know sweety. It's delicate.. but not that delicate. You have to hit a bit harder. Imagine you're hitting me." Abby said. Alex nodded and hit the egg with full force. The shell shattered and it's contents spilled out. Abby raised an eyebrow.

"Remind me not to piss you off" she mumbled to the devastated Alexis.

"ABBY! " she whined.

"Ok.. I'll help. Get another egg." Abby smiled and Alexis brought another one. Alex held the new egg as Abby hit it deftly with the fork. It broke and they maneuvered it into the bowl.

"YES! " they said happily.

"Thank you! I love you! " Alexis squealed.

"Love you too kiddo" Abby smiled.

"Hey! Who told you to take dads car? " Andy shouted as Alex pulled in.

"Dan said I could take it out today" she said. Before Andy could say a word Dan walked out.

"I told her she could take it" Dan said. Rather bored. He was a tall and well built man. Apparently he used to be a wrestler and due to some surgery had to quit. That's when he became a carpenter. That's what he said anyway.

He had red scanty hair and always wore either Brown or khaki colored clothes. Abbeline used to say he dressed like shit. Literally.

Alex looked at Dan as Andy stood gaping.

"But.. " Andy protested and was met with a resounding slap from Dan.

"You questioning my choices boy?" Dan asked. Andy shook his head as tears welled up. Dan sighed as Andy started to cry.

"Sorry kid. Just don't anger me ok?" Dan said and hugged Andy. Alex looked on in complete disgust. Crybaby!

"Um.. here are the car keys Dan. I.. I'll... clear up the house now" she said he nodded as Andy weeped.

Alex walked into the house and gasped. The house was in shambles. The sink was full, the floors were littered with wrappers. The table looked like a swarm of animals had lived there. She sighed and looked a the clock. Six in the evening. This cleaning alone would take about two hours. Plus she had ton of homework. No sleeping for her today either.

What she didn't know was that someone else wasn't sleeping either. Yup. Loki twisted and turned in bed. He thought about her. He should stop before he became too attached. He wasn't good for her. He was a bad person. But... he couldn't stay far from her either. She was attracted to him. He sensed it.

Was she thinking about him?

What was she doing?

"Brilliant. I am now an actual teenager!" He said before shouting into his pillow.
