Accusor or Accused, Part 1

"Now, try not to worry about Professor Johnson today," Stellan said, walking beside me as we headed down the hallway toward my lecture hall.

I nodded. "Stellan, I was thinking and I'm going to talk to his father, Kent. I think that he may be a bit more prone to listen to reason. That way, Renn won't have to hear about him not being his biological father from me." I sighed as I approached the door. "If it were my child, I'd want to be the one to tell him."

Stellan bit his lower lip as he followed me into the lecture hall. "I'm not sure that's a good idea. How are you going to explain that you know? We don't want Leila to end up being put away in a mental ward because of it."

I looked around the lecture hall as I set my briefcase on the table. Students were filing in, so I answered in my mind, "Well, I'll think about it and see how everything goes."

"You wh*re!" a woman's voice bellowed inside the lecture hall from the door.
