Chapter 4

" Hell-Daniel!"

" Miss me." 

" I would but I can't cause you're not worth it." 

" You wound me sweetheart." 

" What do you want Daniel?" I ask locking the door and walking into the hallway. 

" I want to see my kids." I sigh. 

" Will you ever let this go?" I ask a bored look on my face. 

" Nope." He says popping the p. 

" You have a son already, you don't need my kids. "

" Jaymani is not my child. "he replied.

" Well sorry for your loss." 

" You acted as if the child was mine and he died." 

" Anyway what do you want? " 

"I want you to tell them that I'm their father and I want to spend time with my kids. You can tag along as well." 

I think about this, my kids will finally meet their dad and I can work for the rest of the week on Bella's wedding. " Okay. " I give in. I hope I'm not making a mistake. 

I let him in and get the kids and I ready and then we head out. 

" Uncle Danny!" they yell, well Issac and Ivy. They were the more outgoing ones while Danny was the shy one, the momma's boy. He clinged onto my body and I lifted him up and kissed his cheek. We walk towards the elevator and into Daniel's black SUV. I was surprised that there were no paparazzi following him everywhere. 

" Where are we going Uncle Danny?" Issac asked. 

" To get food." He says parking at a small diner. Bella's Diner. This is probably the diner Bella wanted to meet me at. 

" I want bacon." Ivy screams. 

" I want grilled cheese and a choco milky." Issac screams. 

" Mommy can I get pepperoni?" Danny whispers. 

They all hopped into the diner leaving me smiling. Daniel walks in and I walk in after.  waiter comes over and I mean I don't want to be mean and all but her breasts are spilling out of the tight waitress outfit and I mean I thought makeup was supposed to make you look cute. She looked like a freaking stack of potato stuffy and ugly. Like tone down on the makeup honey. " Can take your order sir?" .

" That's what they pay you for right?" I ask sarcastically. She rolls her eyes." Can I get 2 cheese burgers with a side of fries, a pepperoni pizza with some bacon. 3 medium  chocolate milkshakes and a large coke. " I say partially looking at the menu. 

" I want a Large Chocolate Milkshake and a Cheeseburger. '' Daniel orders. The waitress smiles seductively then sways her hips side to side as she walks off. I roll my eyes at her childish behaviour. 

" After we have dinner , we are going to a fair about 15 minutes away from here. " Daniel says as the kids scream. " It'll be past bedtime." I say looking at the time 7:38. They sleep at 8:30. 

" Well they'll just sleep a little later." I sign by the time he's done they'll be high off sugar. 

The disgusting bitch *excuse my language* came back with our food  leaning over to Daniel slipping a napkin I'm sure with her number in his top pocket. He gives it back to her, she looks a bit taken back, she smirks then pushes her breast up and bites her lip. I sniffle a laugh. 

"Can't you see I'm on a family outing?" He asks her. She backs away and I start eating again. 

" Uncle Danny, what do you mean family outing, your not even mom's real brother?" My very smart 5 year old asks. " That's because Umhhh.." He looks at me and I nod. " I'm your dad." 

"I'm your dad" There was no sound at your table, literally none .

" You're my dad ?" Ivy Rae is the first to break the silence. Daniel nods. 

" That's awesome." She yells. 

While my boys there they stay silent. They don't move there frozen. " Take me home!" Issac screams. 

" Issac buddy what's wrong?" 

" I don't want to be with you." He says scrunching his face in disgust looking at....his dad. I look at him in disbelief and well Danny is still not moving. 

" Danny are you okay?" I ask my son. 

" Can we go home?" He says. He looks hurt and angry. " I don't want to be here." He states. 

I stand up and call over a waitress after getting a box to go we leave. I got them upstairs and changed. I walk up to Daniel and well he doesn't look too good. " Are you fine?" I ask the typical question. 

" I thought they'd be happy." He looks hurt and well confused. 

" Look my boys aren't dumb , they know that sometime happened and they'll be too young to understand. "

" Can I spend some time with the boys tomorrow?" 

" I trust you with the boys. I don't know if they'll agree but it's worth a try. "I say. 

" I'll see you later Cassie." He says kissing my forehead. The tingles. He leaves and I stay for a few seconds before I take a shower , dress and finish some paperwork. I go to bed at about 11:34 then after relishing the feeling of the pillow underneath my head I fall asleep. 

1: 18am.

" Mommy. Mom. Mom." Danny yells. 

" mhmm?" .

" Can I sleep with you?" 

I lift up my sheet and he lies underneath. I cuddle into him and fall back asleep.  

9:42am 

"Do you think water will work Ivy?" 

" I'm sure Issac. " 

Next thing I know I'm soaking from head to toe. 

" Ivy Rae Sienna Russell and Issac Nathan Russell. You better run. " I yell falling into the puddle of wet sheets on the ground . 

I hear giggling as I run out of my room. I walk into the hall and see Ivy playing with Daniel as Issac and Danny scolds her. "Let's go get dressed." I tell the kids. They all rushed towards me and I gave them a shower putting Issac in a Black T-shirt and blue jeans while Daniel was in a white T-shirt and a black jeans. 

Ivy and I got dressed and met them outside. We are going to the mall and then the spa and then we get takeout and binge watch netflix cartoons. While the boys were going to some game arcade. 

I got into my car and drove to the mall that was less than 15 minutes away. Ivy and I sing Intentions by Justin Beiber and some other songs but her favorite Kill em with Kindness by Selena Gomez. 

We walked into Forever 21. I didn't have cute dresses and tops for Ivy and I. We headed to Victoria's Secret and bought some stuff along with a body splash that Ivy always wanted. We did some more shopping and ended up with 15 bags. I let Ivy carry the 4 small ones and I carried the others to the car. 

" Mommy I'm hungry." 

" What do you want to eat?" I ask her. 

" Can I get McDonald's please." She says. I drive into the drive through ordering a happy meal for her and a large fries for me. She eats as we reach the spa. 

After the spa, we do our nails, she getting pink and me getting silver. We do our hair in waves and I add a little colour in mine and then we get some Ben and Jerry's ,Choco chop for her and Mint Choco for me. 

We headed to the hotel, we got dressed in our house clothes consisting of a pink crop top and grey sweatpants and for her a blue crop top and a black sweatpants also. We decided to watch Spongebob. Then she fell asleep after 16 episodes.

I put her on the bed and we both fell asleep.

8:26pm 

That's the time and Daniel's not back with the boys. I tried calling but only voicemail answered. I dialed his number again and called. 

" Hey this is Daniel if you year this I probably don't want to talk to you so stop pessing me. Btw don't leave a voice mail. " Umhh..

What if they met in an accident? What if someone took them ? What if I never see them again? What if-

Ding Ding 

I rush to open the door hugging my children. " Daniel what the hell it's after 8 and there just home. I though we decided on 5." I yell. He holds his hand up in surrender. 

"I took them to a fair , I wanted to spend more time with them. "

" Mommy he even bought me a book." My little bookworm states. 

"And I got a new car. " Don't think it's a little car, it's the ones they can go into and ride. 

"Where's Ivy?" He asks. 

"She's asleep." He turns around and hands me a big pink teddy bear almost as big as me. " Give it to her" he says

" Are you trying to kill my kids? " 

" Mom daddy even won me a teddy. I call him Commander Eli." He says handing me the teddy in soldier clothes. 

" I'll be here to collect them . Can they come back Saturday." 

" Umhhhhhh...." I guess I mean it's there dad it's just a night right okay. " Fine." He says. 

He kneels down ruffling their hair. " I'll see you tomorrow guys'' he says fist bumping them. He kisses them on their cheek and they hug him running to their room. 

" Night " he says kissing my forehead.

" Yeah." I say.He goes out and I lock the door getting ready to get some more work and designing the final details to the dress. I finally drift off to sleep on the soft ground.
