The Lycan Prince's Heartstrings

[UNAR]

The day went by so fast, with everything going just as Unar had planned for it. He had seen people mourn the king's chief advisor, and he wanted to console them but had questions. Granted, his heart broke for the family of Borden, but there was always more.

He wanted to know what it was that Borden knew, what it was that the man couldn't handle revealing to Unar that he had to kill himself. The image of Borden falling down had been ingrained in Unar's head, and for a moment, he was lost.

He blamed himself for the death of the only person his father ever related to. He had taken away something that his father loved and Unar could only hope his father would be okay. His father loved him, and Unar knew that.

Then again, was it right to hide everything from him, or was it okay for the son to be making dealings behind his father's back?
