How Long Ago Was That?

[UNAR]

"I told you these old men are wei—" Unar began but shut up instantly when he saw Leroy glaring daggers at him.

"Okay, fine, I give up. Teasing you is my favorite thing to do though. It makes me happier than anything else," Unar said and the trio sighed. This was going to be a long night.

"Anyway, how are you people," Unar asked again, like he hadn't asked the question earlier. Maybe he just needed to know what their state was, because he couldn't afford to put them in jeopardy.

He knew asking about what had happened with the beast of the Midlands was a risk, but if they weren't going to talk, Unar would use his royal command to get answers from the people who had been there when the execution happened.

"We are fine, how are you?" Fahima asked. She was worried about her best friend. A lot was going on in the palace and Unar had been there to witness it all. The losses, the gains, and everything else in between.
