Let Me, Father

[UNAR]

"Good morning father, you look great as usual," Unar said as he walked into Edison's chamber. The king was still in bed, and he looked so terrible it was heartbreaking. He had dark circles around his eyes proof that he hadn't slept a wink for the past few days.

He was getting worse everyday, and Unar's heart was slowly breaking for him. Of course, he knew his father was trying to do everything he could to make sure their people would be ready for Alanor, but damn he was working overtime.

It was almost like the king was obsessed, and yes he was. But this time he wasn't obsessed with Alanor, no. He was obsessed with keeping his son safe. It was something he had promised he would do, and a duty that he would make sure to fulfill.
