The Last Meeting

[THE MIDLANDS]

"Prince Unar, so you do know how to keep time," Alanor greeted as he looked at his mate. He wanted to stay in the moment but he couldn't, not with everyone who was watching them from a distance.

Alanor knew that he would have to cope at a later time, which is why he looked at the prince, and let out a beastly smirk. He could see the prince almost losing control and he loved that it wasn't just him feeling overwhelmed with emotions anymore.

"Let's get to business, yeah?" Unar said and Alanor just worked at him knowingly. Of course, this was expected. He just loved that the prince was using his brains this time.

"Set the table," Alanor said to Hakim who snapped his hands, and there was suddenly a table with two seats on opposite sides. It was a wooden rectangular table, with drinks on it, like they were trying to tell the crown prince that he could feel at home.

Then again, nothing about this was heartwarming.
