Exiled from Udrad after the public stoning of his parents, Alanor Wynter swore on his parents' graves, to bring the lycan kingdom to its knees. So he became the rogue they despised and the devil they all feared. 

He was a monster, but they had created him, and he was bad. Alanor was the kind of evil that no dictionary even had a description for yet. 

He had vowed against Udrad's peace until he got his revenge, and no one would stop him, not even the mate the fates had forced on him. 

After all, he didn't believe in the fated mates.

'Home,' the young Wynter sighed as he made his walk back to Udrad, with his team.

He wasn't sure what home meant anymore, because all he had experienced here, was different from everything people used to say about home.

Home had made him a monster, and maybe that was why as he headed back home, he was determined to show that he was the monster they had created. He was no longer hiding under the covers of the animal he had grown to love, or the animal the midlands had feared.

Instead, he was going back to him, in the same manner, that they had forced him out. He was going back home, the child broken by Udrad, the child who had to witness his whole world change, and the child who had been too scared to stay home.
