He was a monster, but they had created him, and he was bad. Alanor was the kind of evil that no dictionary even had a description for yet. 

He had vowed against Udrad's peace until he got his revenge, and no one would stop him, not even the mate the fates had forced on him.

"Now that's interesting, if he got up to stop you," Leroy said with a laugh and they all just looked at the dup curiously, happy smiles plastered on their faces. Happiness really did suit them though.

"I'll give you gold," Alanor said and Ulrike just smirked happily.

"I could give you more, kiddo. My gold is at your disposal, now go sit, they must know. Besides, don't you think it's better for them to hear my drunk version than to hear king Cassius's version?
