"Help!!!" came a sudden scream from the west side of the kingdom. Given how chilly and quiet the night was, it was safe to say that most of the people had heard the scream, but even then none of them bothered to check on whoever was screaming.

Everyone in Udrad was painfully aware of the history of the west. The lycans had been warned against staking claims there because the land was forbidden by default.

It was almost like the lands were just there because they were a part of the kingdom, but the late king Eddy had insisted that no one go there.

"Help!! Please, help me!" The screams continued and the warriors who were patrolling looked at each other.

There was a high chance that someone was pulling their leg, but then what were the chances that that happened on a day when the whole kingdom was mourning their happiness?
