Ghost of a Girl Waiting

I stared out the window of my bedroom, watching birds fly across the sky. I've been waiting for Eros or Jay, maybe even my parents or brothers to talk to me or question how I'm alive to get the basics again.


Eros walks into the room after a few seconds. He ran his hand through his hair and gave out a deep exhale.


"He's fucking annoying but at least your brothers okay" Eros ran his hand down his face.


"Nothing, my queen. Don't even worry your head with it" He gave me a dimpled smile.


"How about we go do something? Get our minds of all the stuff going on lately?" I smile at him


"Where do you think we should go, my queen?"


His smile would usually brighten up my heart a bit when I was down but something was bothering my thoughts today like the plague.


"What's up?" His smile dropped as he looked at me


"Am I still...? I-is my baby alive...?" I ask suddenly and place my hand on my flat stomach, making his eyes widen.


"H-hey, is that Hayden? Sound like he needs something" He quickly turned around to leave.


"Yes, my queen..." He whispers and bows his head 


"Your baby died along with you so no, you aren't still pregnant" He whispers


"But Luci said he would bring us back" My eyes watered


"You loved the baby so much when you found out, it was so obvious," He smiles in thought before continuing, "Whe- If you become the official queen of hell, you will have another baby with him but if you don't, then you might another baby with your dumbass ex," He says


I sadly snicker at his words to describe Jay.


"Okay...Thank you for telling me" I hug him.


"We should buy you a dress if we're clubbing tonight" Eros attempts to enlighten the mood


"Hell yes," I smile brightly, wiping away my tears.
